We had 6 people sleep very comfortably in this rental. Our group did have COVID related concerns, but we felt the property was very clean and that the staff provides plenty of details to assure you that sanitizing the space is a priority. We felt safe from that perspective. Also, you are close enough to plenty of food places you can pick up from or have delivered to you - but the house seemed to be farther down the inlet, so we didn't come in contact with any large crowds (especially during the week). The outdoor shower proved useful after a long beach day and the picnic table was used 2-3 times during a quick afternoon summer storm to play games in or to work out in with some shade. Overall, for the price and quality we received in service and accommodations - we would stay here again.

We had a great week. Great location near everything. And we brought Otis our dog which was awesome. It was a little noisy at night with the kids hanging out in the public parking lot every night though.

Great location. Nice view of pool and ocean. Very easy acces to both. Fresh, new decor & furniture . 4 nice little areas to sit outside with different views. Walking distance to marina and Gulf Stream Cafe. Really nice , needs new ice maker in fridge

Wonderful rental condo! It was very up to date, clean, and had plenty of room. We had 2 families (7 people all together) staying there and we never once felt like we were crowded. All towels and extra sheets were individually wrapped up for extra cleanliness. The view of the beach was beautiful.

Great view and location! Loved how it was decorated! There was an issue with the garbage disposal leaking and a dirty washer which left marks on our clothes. Other than that our family had a great time.

We had a lovely visit at A Place at the Beach. The condo was nice and clean and the view of the balcony overlooking the ocean was so peaceful. The beach was not crowded as the location was far enough from the pier and the bigger condos near Surfside. We had an issue with our toilet leaking into the condo below, but Garden City realty and the plumber made it an easy fix that did not keep us away from the beach for long. Not only was the condo nice and clean, but it was on the top floor and in a very private location. We never heard noise from the neighbors. We were very happy with this location and will certainly consider it again for future stays!

Browns Summit

This house works very well for our family of 13. Great location to beach and not crowded on the beach. This is the third year we have stayed here and would recommend to family and friends. Pool is nice but needs some work on the bottom. Concrete is very rough and feet get cut on the rough surface. Area rugs need replacing and some updates on furnishes. Otherwise we would stay here again

We stayed the week of July 25 in unit 103 and it was just wonderful. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. You have to walk down to the parking garage to get to the beach but that was fine once we figured it out. The condo was well appointed and comfortable and we would stay again!

We enjoyed are stay. Loved the that rental chairs and a umbrella was included. Enjoyed being right on the beach and watched fireworks from our balcony every night.
