This property was clean, had a terrific location and had a well stocked kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! The property management company was also excellent. I loved the fact they emailed me a pre-check out reminder instructing us how to leave the property.

The house had all the appliances, cookware, etc. The grill was functional but the bottom vent was broke so the flow of air made it difficult to grill because we could not stop the air from flowing and it burnt our food so we only used the grill once (kind of disappointing). I felt that the house was clean but under the beds were dirty. Also, there was only one trash can out on the street so it would be good if another trash can was provided. The staff at Garden City Realty was great - Pam was so helpful in finding the right property for me and my family and set the expectations of the property and I felt confident that if we had any issues they would take care of. I will be going making my plans soon to vacation in Garden City in 2021.

When we rented in Dec. 2019 for July 2020 we were hoping all 18 to 20 guests would be able to make the trip. Around mid May, because of the Covid virus the 20 figure dropped to 14 and dropped again down to the final count of 9. In spite of the virus, the 7 days at Moonlighting were great. We are scheduled to come back next year.
The unit seemed to have some improvements made to it...painted and repair of the front steps, a new lock for the inside stairwell door leading into the kitchen.
The only problem we had was with the dish washer. Several times we had to re-run the rinse cycle or the dishes were not entirely clean. I suggest that the dishwasher be checked out and repaired or replaced.
I also suggest that since the whole house is rented, A walkway connector be constructed so that each side can be reached via the front porches.

Very nice condo. Pool was great to have during COVID time. The shallow part was great for our toddler. Would like to see the walkway extended out farther to the beach as the others were around us. That sand is hot! Lol. Stock great with amenities Plenty of parking.

My husband likes to fish, so this was really convenient, but it might have been TOO close. The house was clean and well maintained, and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed our time there. The only downside was the WiFi; it was pretty much non-existent. With 8 of us trying to get on, none of us actually were able to stay logged on so we pretty much did NOT have access to WiFi.

Had a wonderful week in this cute condo. Nicely equiped, great location within the complex and love being so close to the ocean!

We normal stay in the place beside Surf Master but renovations made us have to change where we stayed this year. We where very pleased. The condo living area is very spacious with lots of light from the windows. We had a lovely view of the ocean from the porch. The kitchen was well equipped, we do a lot of cooking, it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in condos in the Garden City/Surfside area eighteen times. This condo was the cleanest and most up-to-date we have ever had. Like the washer-dryer in the entrance hall. And there was no clutter in the closets, etc., and lots of books to read. A major negative was other guests were not wearing masks or observing social distancing. Went to the pier only one time because of that fact. Also, would be much better if the condo had keyless entry.

This house was everything we expected and more. Clean and enough room for everyone.We would definitely stay at Grammies Playhouse again. Perfect location, close to the beach, not far from the Pier. Pool, Hot tub, plenty of parking.
