Flip Flop Inn suited us just right. It was pet friendly. My grand daughter who lost her mom late
last year had to bring her newly adopted puppy with
her to the beach. The house location was just a hop to the beach. The three bedrooms arrangement was perfect for us. The house was clean and had everything we need. The place has obviously been
remodeled especially the kitchen and the bathrooms.
The house and it's location made our trip as enjoyable as we wished it would be. We do recommend
getting a new frying pan and replacing rugs that are just unstable on hardwood floors (between beds and in the kitchen). It was spring break and the noise from the truck traffic with their souped up
mufflers outside our front porch was expected this
time of year. We still liked the house and will stay
here again and will recommend it to our friends.

This was our first stay at Flip Flop Inn and we LOVED it. The house is perfectly located, clean, well-stocked, and decorated perfectly! We loved playing card games on the large kitchen table and people watching on the front porch.

We have been property owners with Garden City Realty for over four years now and we couldn't be happier. I want to single out the Maintenance team in this review. Being out of town owners, it is wonderful to know that any repair issues will be taken care of, the job will be done well and at an affordable price. Mr. Shaw and the entire team has been nothing short of spectacular in their ability to go above and beyond while also being so patient and kind in all interactions. We are so thankful to have them taking care of us and our house.

The shower in my beach house wouldn't turn off at about ten o'clock at night. I called Garden City Realty emergency maintenance. David Rakentine came out within fifteen minutes. He has great manners and tried to make my friend and me as comfortable as possible while he worked to fix the streaming water. He cut off the water to work but cut it on as soon as possible so we wouldn't be without water. Because he needed parts he had to come back the next day to complete the job. I was at ease and confident with him in the house while we were out. He is an outstanding technician. I'm grateful that he was sent to my house. Thank you, Mr. Rakentine.

Vicky is amazing and always responsive. I hesitated to rate the maintenance staff better than in 2018 because we have always been very satisfied, and “better” seems to say otherwise. Dan is great.

So thankful for Pam at Garden City Realty. She was so kind and helpful in getting us a place on very short notice. It was a very sad time for our family to be back down as my father-in-law passed unexpectedly. Pam was right there to get the thing taken care of and make sure everything was in order when we arrived. She went above and beyond to make things easier for us. The property was very clean, quiet, and cozy.

I love these people like family! We had to cancel our vacation this year because of the risks of the virus and Miss Jackie went to great lengths to make things better for us. God love her! She listened to my story and it touched her heart and she made good things happen for us. This is another reason why we love the people of Myrtle Beach. They care about people. I want to give a shout-out to Jackie with Garden City Realty for finding us a house instantly when the house that we previously rented with a different rental group called upon arrival, stating that no motorcycles were allowed. In short, who goes to Bike Week without a motorcycle, which was stated in the pre-approval comments? Job well done, Jackie!! Much appreciation to you and your patience.

Our vacation was nearly perfect! The house was amazing! There was plenty of space in the house for our 2 families & a few friends! Upon arrival at the house we noticed it was very warm throughout each floor (thermostat set at 75) In reading the leading agreement I understood not to turn the air lower than 72. The only level that ever maintained a comfortable 72 was the 3rd. One morning the second floor made it 72, however, it was only 62 outside! The first floor never made it under 74, even when it was cooler outside. That is the only thing that kept it from being absolutely perfect! Thank goodness the weather was tolerable I can’t imagine if it was 90’ or hotter & the house not being able to get any cooler. The house is on the perfect corner lot with the canal & pond & only the one house in close proximity! Loved the house & location! We all did!

The condo was great, very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the powder room bathroom toilet did not flush very well and by the end of our stay it was not working at all. I did leave a note for housekeeping to have it addressed. I think all in all it was a great vacation and we will definitely go back!

We loved our stay in Penthouse D! It was everything the description said it was and more! The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus for me!!! The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!
