Overall the week was great. Weather was perfect.
Only problem were the mosquitos! Hurricane Sally had been thru there the week before we went, and there was standing water. Not much they could do about that.

Landcaster was perfect for my family! Plenty of room! The kitchen has everything you need and more. It was a home away from home. The location was wonderful and the views were beautiful! Great for a big family. My first time staying here was in September 2020 and I will definitely rent again!

We could have not asked for a better place to stay. The location was wonderful. The condition of the rental unit and property was outstanding.
Definitely, the best rental unit we have stayed in so far. The service we have received from Garden City Realty has always been excellent. We will definitely continue to use them on all our upcoming beach trips.

My spouse and I went for a week long vacation. The location is excellent .
The house was cute and we really enjoyed the front wrap around porch.
The furniture was ok, and the kitchen was good, but small.
The house could use more lighting. There were no lamps, so we had to use the overhead lighting. Our two small dogs enjoyed the backyard. Overall we had a good experience.

It was a good visit. The condo was mostly clean but the bedspreads were not clean. Other bed linens were thrower in the closet and seemed dirty. Condo could use some painting and replacing carpet in the bedrooms. Overall, we were okay with the condo.
