I hope to make this place our yearly tradition.

This was the first year we stayed at One Ocean Place and rented going through Garden City Realty. When making our reservations, I spoke to them several times, and all of the agents were so friendly and helpful. We stayed here in #804, and it suited our needs perfectly. Very comfortable beds, clean, large balcony, and a breathtaking view!

We had a great week in garden city. After a last minute switch to this house thanks to a hurricane that damaged our original rental I am pleased to say we enjoyed our stay very much. The rental company was awesome and got us into this house 3 days before we were to check in. We rent from garden city reality every year and will continue this tradition. Location it great and we loved sitting on the front porch at night. Only thing we thought could be better is the one bathroom had no place to put toilet paper and neither had a place to hold bathroom towels. We also had to purchase our own toaster because it didn’t have one. Other then that our trip was great and even our dog had a great time!

We LOVED Flip Flop Inn! The house was very roomy and decor is so cute! We easily walked across the street to the beach. The front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and sunrise in a rocking chair. The proximity to the main road does lend to the occasional noisy night, but it wouldn't deter me from returning. We had a fabulous vacation!

I’m so glad we found this room online! So spacious, clean, updated and perfect for our family of 8. Nice views and great location too. We will definitely return and will probably stay in the same condo.

We had a lovely week. Pleasant weather for being outside by the pool or on the beach. Not too hot or too cold. Condo was great!

The condo was clean and what you would expect from an oceanfront rental. Unfortunately, the dishwasher would run for 3 hours and still not clean the dishes. All the pools in the neighboring properties were open, however, the Afterdeck pool was closed. Not sure why. Also, the grounds around the property was littered with cigarette butts and empty cans, bottles, etc. So the Condo was clean but the property could use some attention. Overall a good stay but would like to see it cleaned up.

The house is beautiful!!! Kitchen was great & well stocked. When we arrived it was very clean!! 2nd row but great view of the ocean. Beds were very comfortable also. Great time had by all!! Booked it again for 2021!!! Pool is awesome & we loved the size of the lot!!!

This was a beautiful home with a great pool and in a great location. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the extra refrigerators were great! If we had to change anything...there weren’t a lot of blankets and the pillows on the beds were awful. We all went out and bought new ones. The vent registers in the bedroom are in a really odd location and we had to put paper over them during our stay so it wasn’t blowing cold air directly on the kids (and us). We booked again for next year and can’t wait to be back!

This is an excellent rental. The large HD television, however, has standard definition reception. This needs to be fixed.
