My Husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in Garden City. We stayed in condo 106. The view of the ocean was beautiful and we could literally step out of our condo and onto the beach in less than a minute.

Visiting the beach during a pandemic can be quite unpredictable. We arrived to towels and sheets that were sealed tight and everything had been sanitized and cleaned very well! This home is perfectly wheelchair accessible and the dock on the inlet was phenomenal. We will be staying again!

Clean condo. Very close and convenient to the beach with a good view of the ocean. Pool was beautiful, large and clean. Grounds were well maintained. Only complaints are the smell of cigarette smoke from neighbors on their balconies and the AC vent in the kitchen ceiling started leaking on day 2 of our stay. My husband called and left a message with Garden City Realty's maintenance, but no one ever called us back nor was it fixed during our stay (5 days).

2020 Has been a crazy year with Covid so we were a little skeptical about going this year! Been coming here every summer for 30 years! We at first had a condo rental but after finding out about the shared pools being closed Garden City was nice enough to let us switch to Seagrass without a cancellation fee.The house is nicer than it looks Very clean and well kept Brand new pool was great.House close to everything we needed! Little marsh area very interesting behind house ALOT of wild creatures to watch including a little alligator AC was super cold Plenty of room for alot of people and parking I reccomend highly!!Especially for value!!

This condo is fabulous, we have stayed three times. The location is great, right on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds are comfortable. We love eating lunch on the balcony, looking at the beautiful ocean views. My grandkids loved using both the indoor and outdoor pool. I highly recommend this unit.

We have stayed in a variety of vacation rentals in the Garden City area for several years. Our stay in Inlet Joy was the best yet!Great location... Very close to all the wonderful restaurants in Murrells Inlet! The home was a perfect balance...across the street from the ocean and located on the inlet, and it was the perfect size for our family of ten. The property was clean and well maintained. Would have loved some lighting on the dock...wasn't working during our stay, but we were still able to enjoy time on the dock. We also loved having access to the channel with the boat ramp. Will definitely stay again and will highly recommend property to others!

The Condo was very nice and comfortable with a fabulous ocean front with a balcony view. Beach was outstanding. Only issue was that the pool which we were looking forward too was closed. Never really got a good explanation. Other pools along the main strip were all open. Other than that everything was as expected.
