Our family of four comfortably fit in this beach front condo. It was perfect for our son to nap, and still be beach front. The afternoon rai storms were relaxing to watch on the balcony, we went in Sept. We have stayed in this complex before and highly suggest renting here to anyone. We plan to return in a few months.

We had a very good experience. We debated for a long time about even going on vacation due to Covid 19 but decided we would. The condo was very nice. The closeness to the beach was fantastic. Everywhere we went people were wearing masks and socially distancing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again.

Very good. Been coming to Surfmaster for 6 years in 3 different 1 bedroom units. We liked all 3 but changed to see if we like another unit or floor better. Surfmaster management and grounds upkeep is terrific. Any problems we had were resolved quickly. Each had pluses and minuses. Unit 1106 had comfortable bed and living room furniture and we really appreciated extra cabinet storage in the bathroom.

My family loves this house! The only issue we had was that the hot tub was broken during our stay, We still had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

We had a great time here for Labor Day weekend! The location is great. Beach access is right across the street and you’re within 5-10 mins of restaurants, grocery, etc...The parking underneath the property is very cramped. If you have anything larger than a midsize SUV, or more than one car per family it’s going to be an issue. It’s very, very tight parking quarters. The pool was not open during our stay which we were told was managed but the HOA so I would recommend verifying this is open before your stay if you’re interested. Overall, we had an excellent stay!!

The views from the balcony are fantastic. There is a covered portion that is very nice. The condo was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. We so enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year. The only negative is the small master bedroom and the couch is uncomfortable but then we didn't stay in very long!

This will be our 4th time renting Sea Banks 302. Our original trip was planned in April, but due to COVID had to be rescheduled. GCR handled everything with us in an exceptional way. Love being Oceanside with the beautiful view. Condo is very clean and has everything you need. Will definitely continue renting this condo. The only suggestion I will make is for owners to update chairs in living room. The chairs are not comfortable.

We love this condo! The location, access to the beach and great restaurants. It wasn’t as clean as it was the last time. The floors were sandy and some things had not been dusted for quite awhile. We took care of those things right away and didn’t let it bother us after that.

The condo was nice & in a good location. The problem was that there was no cable, wifi, internet or DVD player. When paying as much money as we did, there should be at least be cable or internet. Garden City Realty should have let us know this. Because of the pandemic we stayed in at night with very little television. It was a disappointment.

Condo is roomy. The deck is large with comfortable furniture. Beach location is great. We liked being able to walk from deck down onto the beach. However, we found the kitchen needs some updating. The cable TV system was terrible. There was no on-line program guide. Info button on remote was useless. So there was no way to determine what program you were watching or could watch. Entrance door and door off deck could use a good scrubbing or painting.
