We had 8 adults and 10 children. The house was very roomy. We loved the huge dining table. Having two dishwashers was very handy. The house was well maintained and the location is perfect. My only suggestion would be that the owners invest a small amount of money and buy some plastic drinking glasses. Most people renting a house this size have lots of small kids. It would really be helpful to have something besides glass cups for drinking. Often the kids might want to take drinks out on the deck, and of course we were nervous about letting them take glad drink ware out on the deck. Small problem but easy fix.

This was a very clean, comfortable and beautiful condo. The only issue which really wasn't an issue is that the light fixture in the Master Bath would flicker when taking a hot shower with steam and may need to be checked, but other than that everything was GREAT!! I would def stay in this unit again!!!

Great building with elevators and covered parking! Easy walk to pools and then to the beach! Huge condo that can easily accommodate bigger families or several couples. We will stay here again!

We love the inlet views at Garden City and this home provided that and so much more. It was a great space for all our grands with the pool, all the underneath space with games and the yard! And if you need the beach, it was a quick walk directly across the street.

We had a good time - the beds could use new mattresses and the bathroom for the master bedroom was very tiny - the sink and make up area was ok but the toilet and bathroom area was very cramped. The tub almost made you think it was going to fall in with the noises it made.

If location is important, and you are willing to forego the bells and whistles, this is your house! It was as clean enough and fairly comfortable. The deck overlooking the ocean was PERFECT! We were a family of 4 but the 3 bedrooms could handle plenty more. We rented beach cruiser bikes for the week which was a great way to explore the area. And it's a short walk to the pier for outdoor dining on typical beach food along with an ice cream shoppe. We unknowingly went during "Fall Bike Week" so there was pretty much a constant state of LOUD motorcycle noise every day til the wee hours. But I don't think that is the norm. With 1 remote worker and 2 kids virtual schooling wifi was very slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Our visit toCompass Rose Unit 12 was just as we expected. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were exceptional and had very good bedding. We were there for ten days. We had both of our daughters there and they came at different times with two of our grandchildren. The screened balcony was a favorite with all..Access to the beach and pool was very convenient.. We will be back next year for sure. Garden City Realty was very responsive to our call when the coffee maker quit working. They sent a new one within minutes of our call.

Garden City Realty is the ONLY company to find your rental! We have rented from them about 12 or 13 times now. Every single person I've ever spoken to there is so sweet, helpful and makes you feel as if they truly want you to enjoy your stay. The house was completely spotless and well maintained. Could use new mattresses and new living room furniture. None of the chairs in the living room were usable because the springs were so worn out. The mattresses weren't very comfortable for the same reason. However the house itself was nice. Well stocked as far as kitchen appliances, utensils and dinner and glassware. Nice location. LOVED the covered back porch and the synthetic wood walkway (no spinters). We will definitely return and use Garden City Realty. I do wish I had know there was public beach access right beside the house with public parking. It made for a lot of people coming and going right beside the house all day. But not a huge problem. I just probably wouldn't have chosen that particular house had I known there was public parking right next door. At times it felt like we were in the movie Summer Rental. Lol

We enjoyed our stay during the week. We had very small problems (more outlets in master, more towel racks in master, unbreakable full length mirror in master, but basically our stay was good. We believe that people would enjoy this condo.
