The condo was in a great location and was very clean. There were some issues with the TV's not working but this was fixed quickly. The view was nice but construction on grounds and pool was an unexpected distraction. I'm sure it will be very nice after the construction is complete. We did run out of hot water after one shower. I did, however, like the condo and would stay there again-hopefully with hot water and completed construction!

The Condo is in a great location across the street from a house we also rented on the beach. This is the second time we stayed at this unit.

ROCK HILL

We enjoyed a wonderful week with my parents at Marlin Quay 202. At check-in, we noticed the light fixtures in the hall bathroom were on the counter, called Maintenance, and they responded within 30 minutes. The only improvement we would suggest is relocation of the wireless router from the master bedroom to the den to enable Wi-Fi access on the balcony.

We stayed at this same condo last year and mentioned some things in the review which were not changed. Plus the review was not published. The condo was very clean and mostly well maintained. The washer & dryer are now new. However, the blinds on the main windows still don't work right, the shower curtain in the master bath still needs to be replaced, the glass shelf in the second bath is in a dangerous location and there is still no cover on the living room AC receptacle. Also, the hot water tank is not adequate to fill the master bath tub to the height for the jets to work. Finally, there could be better patio furniture and a baking pan for pizza in the kitchen. Overall, the condo was OK but, the parking garage design is horrible and there is only one beach access for the entire building, which is very inconvenient at busy times.

We really enjoy the Fall stay. The view from 317 is amazing. The placement of this unit makes for a quiet stay. Much appreciated the new mattresses.

We had a great vacation in this unit again.
The renovations were spot on. A huge improvement compared to what they were with last owner. We were pleased. Family came again too and they thought it was a huge improvement also. Close to restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful sunrises and sweeping ocean views. Had a little trouble getting into condo, as it was not unlocked as we were told it would be. Also, drain in master tub would not open all the way and water accumulated. We used other shower. Faucet in master bath was VERY loose. Otherwise, property was well maintained. King size bed was very comfortable. Loved the big pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay- however the complex is getting very “ tired”
There was a ceiling outlet hanging down from the ceiling that may have been old telephone lines-
The condo was great overall but had no coffee table which was odd and inconvenient and although the kitchen was good overall there were NO serving dishes or nice serving utensils.
It is frustrating that after long trips the realty does not call/text about entry, it would be really nice to be able to get in if INDEED the property would be ready.
