Our family had an amazing week at Gulf Stream Villa 114. The condo was in beautiful shape having been updated recently or so it seemed. Being on the ocean is our only choice when attending the beach and the Gulf Stream complex is perfect. Would definitely recommend this unit. Thanks so much.

We truly enjoyed the accommodations. The staff, as always, was extremely helpful prior to and during check-in.

We did experience a situation relating to unexpected construction in an adjoining unit which caused some unforeseen inconvenience. However, the property management was quick to address the situation and provide a positive resolution to the matter which was greatly appreciated.

We look forward to returning next year.

My family stayed at Kash’s Kove in August.  We love the facility. It has everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and businesses. It was very clean and comfortable. We hope to make this an annual vacation for us. Loved the place. Loved the community. Loved the beach.

Our condo was great. It was clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. We love the floors. So easy to keep clean. Every morning we had breakfast on the deck and every evening we enjoyed cocktails there.

We had a great time & unit was clean & up-dated very nice. The only issues we had was QUN beds seemed smaller than ours at home and mattress didn't sleep very well. Also we had very poor internet all week.

This was the perfect location for our annual trip to Garden City! It was even better in that the home had everything we needed to “social distance” during the crazy 2020 pandemic! After stocking up on groceries, we never left the house and/or gated community the entire week!

Great relaxing vacation. Home in great condition and beautifully decorated as well as very clean. Would consider this property again.

The room was very clean, very well furnished. The only complaint about the room was the water pooling on the deck and there seemed to be no drain to remove the water. We were not happy about the roof arangement over the deck with most of the deck not having a roof over it. We like to set on the deck during the day and the evening.

Wonderful stay, beautiful weather, and fantastic staff. Condo was clean and welcoming. Spent a lot of time on balcony, beach and sofa (when raining or cool). After going to the office every day during the last 7 months this was a much needed break. Was able to read a book a day :) The AC unit rattled but after a couple of hours was just white noise and didn't take away from the peace. The maintenance man apologized and said they were trying to get it fixed. This is actually my second stay in this condo and I will probably come again. Great place for a solo trip.
