My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for two weeks( Oct 24-Nov 7th 2020).
This was a much needed getaway and the location was perfect. Our weather was good and we enjoyed walks on the beach, a day at Huntington Beach Park....the tour of the Atalaya Castle was very interesting.... and strolling the Marsh Walk. Our outings were limited as my husband will have back surgery on Nov 25th and we were taking it easy.
We highly recommend SurfMaster By The Sea and PAM at Garden City Realty. She was lovely to work with on our reservations and after a few phone calls, you feel you have known her forever.

Loved living on a direct, beach facing, property adjacent to a spacious deck area and beach entrance with shower head. We could see the sea and sky through dune rush grasses and hear the surf twenty four hours a day. The apartment had comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in. Rental management was responsive to maintenance needs.

We had a wonderful week in Garden City! There was an unexpected renovation in the unit next door to us, but Garden City Realty was efficient in handling the matter. They were really easy to deal with as far as making reservations, etc..

As usual, always a wonderful experience in Garden City Beach and Surfmaster specifically. We stay in Surfmaster EVERY time (Oct & Nov and Mar & Apr). The Garden City Realty staff are on site and always attentive. Jackie & Dan especially. We will always stay here as long as we can get here from NJ.

We enjoyed our weekend with old friends celebrating my husband's birthday. This house was perfect for our crowd. We had plenty of room, and the guys enjoyed playing cornhole all day in the garage area. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend or rent again!

We made reservations for a family gathering to celebrate our moms 90th birthday in October 2019. Due to COVID-19 we almost decided to cancel for a myriad of reasons but we worked with Mary Black who made it possible for our family to reschedule our original week in August to the last week of October. Despite these unprecedented times we were able to enjoy our stay and had a terrific experience while taking as many safety precautions during our stay at 1906 South Waccamaw Drive. The beach house was ideal and we took advantage of cooking most of meals in the well equipped kitchen and large dining room. Watching the sun rise and set each day was a highlight for sure.
We also felt that Garden City implemented many safety precautions which made their guests feel safe. They quickly responded to maintenance and housekeeping issues.

We totally enjoyed our rental experience. Everything was just as advertised. The bed was very comfy, and we loved hearing the sound of the ocean while we slept. Everything was clean and in working order. This was a very relaxing vacation, and we didn't want to leave.

We really enjoyed the house and the quiet neighborhood. I dislike bright lights and the location next to the state park provides for a dark sky with lots of stars and an ocean breeze. House is really set up to provide privacy in the bedrooms and the lower level is really set up for hanging out with family. The outside decks are a treat!
