The house actually is bigger than what it looks in the pictures. Loved the little fenced in area for our dogs. It was a nice place for what we need for a quick trip down to SC. We would rent this place again so we could use the pool.

We rented this house for my daughters beach wedding. It couldn't have been any more perfect. We actually had the reception in the driveway. shout out to Barefoot Wedded Bliss for complete set up. The rest of week was spent with family. The rest of week was spent with family. Eight adults. one teenager and two children. The house has everything that is needed. The outdoor grill was all that and some. I cooked 8 steaks, 2 racks of ribs, 8 lobsters, 3 pounds of crab legs and 8 potatoes on it and had room for more. Plenty of room in
side house for us all. The pool and hot tub just steps away. The water in both was perfect. We all just had a wonderful time. I also would like to thank Pam for helping me out tremendously with check in. Thank you so much Pam!

We loved our stay in Surfmaster304. We would return for another visit! The condo is lovely and well taken care of, and there was really not anything that we needed that wasn't there. Beds were comfortable and the patio furniture was the best of any unit where we've stayed. There are some floors that could use a good scrubbing, but overall it was an excellent visit! We tried to book the same for Spring Break, but it was already taken, Darn!

Seascape is an older home and thus needs constant attention. When we arrived one smoke alarm was chirping. A call to the rental agency brought a repair person within hours. The house was clean.

Absolutely loved the house and that it was pet friendly. Everything was exactly as advertised. Very clean, kitchen well stocked. Great location.

The unit is very well equipped for cooking. Was pleasantly surprised about that. The sink sprayer in the kitchen has a leak and needs repair. Also, there is only one potholder. It would be helpful to have at least one more, but 2 or 3 more would be great so you have somewhere to put your hot things coming out of the oven. Location is great. TV worked wonderfully - we were able to hook up our Apple TV to it easily. WiFi was fine. Might not be sufficient for virtual school or all-day Zoom meetings for multiple remote workers, but was fine for routine use. Living room and dining area were bright and cheerful and the sliding door to the balcony lets in a nice breeze and the sounds of the waves. Treat yourself to a safe beach trip during the pandemic! It was a perfect trip for us!

We had 10 people in our family stay in this house for the week of Thanksgiving. It was plenty big enough to accommodate all of us.

From the reservation process through week stay, this was one of our most relaxing beach getaways.
Unit was furnished very nicely, best mattresses & pillows assured restful nights sleep. Had all needed appliances, double oven was a bonus. November weather cooperated also:)
Reservation assured appropriate COVID cleaning was done after each stay. We double sanitize wiped door knobs, handles & light switches too.
Just one suggestion, needed a broom in unit.

We were very pleased with the home. My concern with choosing site unseen was how would the house smell since it was pet friendly. I am happy to say there was no smell at all. The home was very clean. We've already planned to return again.
