This property is exactly as described and provided the perfect getaway for 3 families! Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, and a great location!! The bedrooms are good sized and the bedding is comfortable. Common spaces provide ample room for multiple groups and conversations. The garage space saved our rainy weekend with room enough to play cornhole and hang out. With the weather, we had limited beach time but the access is directly across the street. There are several steps involved, though, so might not be the easiest if you have a bunch of beach items during the summer.
We had an issue with the ice maker and maintenance responded promptly. They were unable to repair it but we were offered reimbursement for our ice purchases. Honestly, the ice maker would not be sufficient for a large group anyway so we didn’t take them up on the offer, though it was appreciated. A stand-alone icemaker (and maybe a second refrigerator) would make this home totally perfect! Highly recommend!!!

We rented a house on the beach through Garden City Realty to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Garden City Realty kept us informed in regards to the virus situation and we were pleased to be able to continue with our plans. The house was perfect for us! Our children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to go back next year! I also would like to mention that the floor in front of the kitchen sink was very wet and we discovered a leak under the sink. A call was made and a repair person came to the house promptly. I highly recommend using this company for your beach house rental.

Clean spacious property. Could use more comfortable family room furniture, we watched evening TV from the bedroom. Overall location to ammenities and shopping were great. Enjoyed our stay, right on the beach.

This condo is fabulous; we have stayed three times.

The location is excellent, right on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds are comfortable. We love eating lunch on the balcony and looking at the beautiful ocean views. My grandkids loved using both the indoor and outdoor pool. I highly recommend this unit.

Great time had by all!!

The house is beautiful!!! The kitchen was excellent & well stocked. When we arrived, it was spotless!! 2nd row but a great view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable also. Great time had by all!! Booked it again for 2021!!! The pool is fantastic & we loved the size of the lot!!!

House was great, and Realty Company was great. We loved staying at Amazing Grace. The walk to the beach was very easy and just a short stroll down the street. The pool was our favorite part; we were in the pool every afternoon. The screened-in front porch was perfect for eating breakfast and lunch.

We had a great view of the ocean and the sunset over the marsh from the top patio. The house was very comfortable and felt like home. The beds were comfortable, and the place was roomy.

Very convenient and easy to get to Murrells Inlet from the house. The house was spotless when we arrived, and when we had one minor issue, the Garden City Realty was very responsive and fixed the issue fast.

We would definitely stay here again and hope to again next year. It was great that we were able to bring our dog along with us on vacation. House was excellent, and the realty company was great.

Overall a great place to stay. Loved the view. Appliances could use updating, especially the fridge. The toilet handles are a pain, definitely need replacing. This is the first ocean front property that I have stayed where part of the view is obstructed by very large shrubs. Overall, a nice place to stay and I would definitely go back.

Fort Mill

We enjoyed our week visiting relatives in Myrtle Beach area.The weather, however, was not good - rainy, cold and windy - so we didn't spend much time on the beach or on the balconies. We did enjoy the "Night of a 1,000 Candles" despite the cold. The condo was nice and homey and comfortable for us. But we were disappointed that, because of the dunes, we did not have a view of the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and the living area had many places to sit. The beds were good for sleeping.
