Weather was okey. Had a chance to go to eateries we usually go to under the situations we are in. Scenery you couldn't ask for a better view (beach). It was good to have a different scenery and be able to sit inside to dine. The place was very spacious. I just recommend they leave a tv channel menu since our channels aren't the same.

Awesome view. Some sand on island in kitchen and floor. But its the beach. No big deal. Confusion with extra parking space. Just have 3 extra passes, not 1 per apartment. First come, first serve. A/C crapped out on Thursday night. Maintenance there lightning fast to fix issue.

I can’t say enough positive things about the team at Garden City Realty. After having my house off the rental market for a few years, I had lost my base of loyal renters and was concerned that it would take some time to get decent income again, especially with a new management company. Add that I was late in my decision to list, missing a large part of the traditional marketing season, and doing it all in the midst of a pandemic…

 Ashley and the team took all of my worries away, assisting with needed property repairs, establishing new annual service contracts, and arranging for an expert photoshoot. I knew I had made the right decision when my first bookings were confirmed within the first two weeks of listing. In the end, every week I made available for booking was rented, and all at published rates. The GCR maintenance team ensured a stress-free experience, helping me prepare the house for the season, responding to any renter need, and ensuring that I returned to a property that looked exactly as I had left it. Ashley and the Owner Services team, maintenance, and housekeeping have done an outstanding job managing and maintaining my oceanfront beach house. As a first-time vacation rental property owner, I have been very pleased with the bookings, revenue, and maintenance performed on the house.

Even with the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, the team came up with a great plan and pulled through with an impressive number of bookings.

I couldn’t ask for a better team to protect my investment.

This property is exactly as described and provided the perfect getaway for 3 families! Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, and a great location!! The bedrooms are good sized and the bedding is comfortable. Common spaces provide ample room for multiple groups and conversations. The garage space saved our rainy weekend with room enough to play cornhole and hang out. With the weather, we had limited beach time but the access is directly across the street. There are several steps involved, though, so might not be the easiest if you have a bunch of beach items during the summer.
We had an issue with the ice maker and maintenance responded promptly. They were unable to repair it but we were offered reimbursement for our ice purchases. Honestly, the ice maker would not be sufficient for a large group anyway so we didn’t take them up on the offer, though it was appreciated. A stand-alone icemaker (and maybe a second refrigerator) would make this home totally perfect! Highly recommend!!!

We rented a house on the beach through Garden City Realty to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Garden City Realty kept us informed in regards to the virus situation and we were pleased to be able to continue with our plans. The house was perfect for us! Our children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to go back next year! I also would like to mention that the floor in front of the kitchen sink was very wet and we discovered a leak under the sink. A call was made and a repair person came to the house promptly. I highly recommend using this company for your beach house rental.

Clean spacious property. Could use more comfortable family room furniture, we watched evening TV from the bedroom. Overall location to ammenities and shopping were great. Enjoyed our stay, right on the beach.
