This house was just perfect. From the location, right on the beach, close to Garden City Pier, to the comfort of the decor. Being one of the oldest houses ( from what i was told) it was in amazing shape. Loved the kitchen and the table. I would recommend this house very highly!

This was our first vacation in 12 years that did not center around dog sports or family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the property and loved all the amenities. We especially were grateful for the pet policy which allowed us to enjoy our vacation with our "fur kids". Many thanks to Garden City Realty and the owners of the lovely beach cottage.

Relaxing stay. Jackie Alston in Reservations was very accommodating with questions and extending our stay. Only concern was upon checking out I discovered blood stains on the mattress cover which was not seen til the fitted sheet was removed. Otherwise a great stay and would stay here again.

This condominium was extremely clean and updated with beautiful floors and counter space. Very convenient access on first floor with beautiful sweeping ocean views. Two large pools and spas with beach access at center of property. A very enjoyable and comfortable vacation property.

Adorable little house in a great location! Beds are comfy and we were surrounded mostly by families with small kids.

Last minute trip for spring break for 3 families of softball girls!! Rental accommodated our crew of 13 comfortably!! Simple walk to the beach. Clean house. Pool was a little chilly but that was to be expected in April. Would definitely recommend! We were even called for check in early which was a nice surprise!! Thank you for a great mini Spring break!!!

A weekend away at Surfmaster in Garden City was a perfect weekend getaway. The condo, grounds and facilities were well maintained. The condos were quiet with a perfect view and within walking distance of a casual seafood restaurant.

This was the best customer service I have experienced. My spring break rental was canceled on way to beach. There were no places available due to spring break. They called me back with an ocean front condo on the beach. I was so appreciative

Across the street from the beach. This house has is decorated with a lot of flamingo's and flip flops creating a beachy feel. The Flip Flop Inn offers a lot of space and can accommodate at least 10 people comfortably. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.
