Experience here was great!! Everything was in the area to have fun. The beach was amazing. Kids enjoyed their stay the most. Beach chairs and things for kidscto play with on the beach is already in your room. Onlyvthing I wish is that the water stayed hot between each of us showering.

This was a great house for me and my girls. It’s was clean and very close to the beach. We did have refrigerator issues and the A/C went out twice. Overall it was a great week!!

Galivants Ferry

My family spent Easter weekend and spring break in Marlin Quay 204. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the balcony, playing in the courtyard, and out on the beach. Pools were back open though it was still a little cold for swimming. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent condo with beautiful views of the Ocean and easy access to the beach. Condo was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Would recommend to anyone interested in staying in the area!

This property was perfect for our family and our needs. The elevator and first floor master were key for my father and mother. The house was clean, spacious and well decorated. It had a very cozy and beachy feel. The amenities were plentiful with 2 of all major appliances. The views and location on the beach and next to the state park were phenomenal and offered some quiet and privacy away from the crowds. The pool and hot tub gave us some trouble (I’d recommend providing more detailed, step by step instructions for use) but the kids enjoyed them nonetheless. The rental agency was very friendly and responsive and took care of any needs or questions immediately. We did not leave the premises often but the surrounding area was very touristy and filled with strip malls and souvenir shops. Walmart, grocery stores drugstores, fast food, etc were all nearby. The house itself was located in a quiet neighborhood.

Great condo location and views. Living room sofa seemed like it needed cleaning but overall was a very great place to stay and will stay in this condo again. Staff were friendly and great customer service at check in. Parking was hard to get a spot at times so we tried to be mindful of when most everyone would be leaving so we could get a spot.

Magnificent! We couldn't have been more pleased. Very up to date. Everything you need. Dishes, glassware, utensils, etc., were fantastic. Very clean, modern, and fully renovated. Would go back in a heartbeat! One Ocean Place's secret.

I was very happy with my stay at this property. It was clean and in a very good spot. Eloise(my dog) very much enjoyed her beach walks everyday and all we had to do was walk out of the cul de sac, across the road and there we both were in heaven!! I was traveling alone and I felt very secure and loved how peaceful the development was.
