The condo was perfect! I watched the sunrise and sunset from my bed actually! We couldn’t have had a more perfect getaway! Had to buy toilet paper and paper towels but other than that, a wonderful stay! Yes it was cold til Easter Sunday but we enjoyed it!

In today’s Covid-19 environment we look at things a little bit differently. First and foremost this room was extremely clean. We always re-clean our room before we actually move in but in this instance we probably didn’t need to.
We’ve stayed at this property several times so we knew what to expect on location, pool, grounds etc And they are magnificent. Amazing views, well maintained common grounds.
The condo itself could use a little bit of attention. Beds were and living room seating was a bit uncomfortable and could use some upgrades. Owner definitely needs to reconsider having more supplies such as dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid, garbage bags etc. It’s easier to help keep your condo clean if you supply those things. There were no trash bags, no dish washing liquid, only one dishwasher detergent, no paper towels, and one roll of TP per bathroom. But those small shortcomings didn’t derail our stay and we’d certainly rent again. The rental process was easy and we had no issues. Very pleased with the rental company.

The condo was spacious and had a fantastic view. We enjoyed the colorful beach decor of the unit throughout all the rooms. The condo was very clean, and its location was easy access to everywhere we needed to go. We will be returning for future stays.

This condo was perfect for my family! Plenty of room, all the necessities for cooking down to beach toys and a float for the pool. The condo was extremely clean and also had cleaning appliances at hand for the sand. The washers and dryers worked great, the neighbors and other visitors were super welcoming. The beach was right there for us and the balcony view was priceless. I highly recommend checking out the Gulf Stream cafe across the street, walking distance. The only downfall would be no golf carts allowed parked on the property but that’s totally ok! We rented one for the day and had no problems cruising around. This place was so amazing we are going to come back again for sure!

This is a great spot if you want to be within walking distance to the beach and to the pier! And be able to enjoy the quiet of not being in the center of town. The marsh views were awesome and my Springer Spaniel and I enjoyed watching the wildlife! Home is spacious and equipped with everything you need to feel at home! The realty company is always friendly and easy to work with and the gentleman that takes care of the place was there when we arrived and made sure we had all we needed! You won’t be disappointed with this home!

This was another great rental through Garden City Reality. For this stay we enjoyed an amazing location P’s Pleasure. We had 8 golfers fly in and everyone was very satisfied with the entire experience. I will look to book this property again.

Atalaya is amazing. 1506 was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing and being right on the beach is perfect. Love how close it is to the pier, arcade, bars, and restaurants. Can’t wait to stay here again.
