We really enjoyed our rental. It was everything that he said it would be. Very well maintained and very clean. When we checked in we had a problem with 2 of the TVs but they sent someone over quickly. Staff was friendly. We got the linen package and was very pleased with all the items they left. They had plenty of outdoor furniture.

We previously rented an oceanfront home but wanted to change location as the rental was not being maintained. This property provides a wonderful view of the ocean, and the beach access was just across the street. Garden City Realty was quick to respond to our phone call to make minor repairs. We had an enjoyable time and have already placed our reservation for a return visit.

The condo was very spacious for a two bedroom unit. The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Elevators were never crowded, security was very good and the view from the balcony was the best feature. I would recommend this property.

Amazing updates to the unit! Beautiful decor and furnishings. We had a couple requests from maintenance and they came through, no questions asked!! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! So happy with our stay. Only suggestion would be to update kitchen next. It’s nice but dated. Overall great place!

We've been staying in this same house (both sides) for about 10 years on our annual golf trip. Best house location on the beach. Walk to pier, grocery, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. New deck is nice. Recently received new mattresses for the bunk rooms, but could use new mattresses for all beds.

Wonderful location. Loved being right on the Ocean. The condo was clean, but could use some updating. My only and biggest complaint is the elevator close to our condo was out of order. We had to carry our luggage and everything we bought Avery long way from the working elevator. Doesn’t sound that bad until you make three or four trips. We are in our 70’s and it was a hardship for us.

My mother had passed away two years ago on April 18, 2021. I booked our trip so that dad, my sister, and I could spend that day at the beach, the one my mom loved so very much. It was her happy place. When we arrived to condo 601, we were ecstatic! The pictures are extremely accurate and the condo was very clean. Our towels were wrapped in saran wrap, letting us know the care that was taken in handling them. The view was gorgeous! The whole ocean front part of the condo is pretty much glass, or sliding glass doors. So you have a stunning view from almost everywhere. I really can’t say enough about how pleased we were. We did a lot of healing during our stay, and my mom would have loved it! I would definitely recommend this condo and will most definitely stay here again! If you’re on the fence, go with this place if it’s available. I probably researched over 100 different places we could have stayed because I wanted it to be perfect. I’m so grateful for making this choice. You won’t regret staying here!
