Have stayed in many of the Sea Master units over the past 15 years but this is the first time for one of the three bedroom ones. Overall, the unit is nicely decorated and maintained, but does need some minor tweaks. The refrigerator works fine but looks pretty ratty with rust on the door. Should take less than an hour to lightly sand and paint with white epoxy. Also the dining room table is nice and large for game playing with the grand kids but needs to be tightened up. Again would be a ten minute job with the right tools. The unit is nicely laid out for families with several children who need "their space" and is located near the pool so that you can keep track of the kids from the balcony. Was very disappointed that the one elevator was still out of service after over a month, which necessitated hauling our bags up to the third floor. Not Fun!! We have always been pleased with the Sea Master units and with the rental companies. They do a great job in keeping things running smoothly for the guests.

Much needed vacation they took a week to get away from our normal routine and we had the luxury of staying in unit 606 it was decorated very nicely the bed was very comfortable the shower was great and the ice machine actually worked I felt very safe in this unit the pool and the ocean or just wonderful I will definitely come back

It was wonderful! We loved every moment. The house was amazing, right near town, plenty of parking space. But the best parts were the deck and being right on the beach. It was all great! We even had parking room for the cart we rented.

Our place was in a great location. Condo was beautiful. Had the basic necessities we needed. Only complaint was that I reported a picture that fell in the twin bedroom at 4:00 a.m. and also the light would not work in the master bedroom closet, but no one responded or came out to repair problem. Other than that we have no other complaints.

This was our 2nd stay with Garden City Realty and Compass Rose 11. This however was our first 15 night stay. Everything was great. We love the location, this condo seems to really fit our style and the staff was very professional and courteous once again. There were a few maintenance issues that need attention. A piece of trim at the top of the rear stairs is sticking and catches your foot as you start down the steps and one of the stair treads part way down the steps is completely loose and sometimes slides off when you step on it. I also thought the facility was pet free. However there were 3 different dogs here during our stay. We didn't mind the dogs though.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. We love this complex, and this unit was in particularly good shape. One small point: the unit needs a new toaster. I've never seen a toaster that toasts on only one side of the bread.
