everyone invited enjoyed the house...small bathroom /showers......enjoyed the enclosed sun room ....overall very satisfied....only complaint was only one trash can....with 5 couples it gets fill quickly and trying to set bags outside the animals tore them open and made a mess

This is the best location in Garden City and is well overseen by Garden City Realty. Location speaks for itself with plenty of room, shore access and has all onne needs to enjoy a holiday. GCRI comlpetes the holiday with staff who are are immediately available when needed regardless of the request. The property was found to be as described and the 2nd floor location was very convenient for parking and trips to car when marketing. The views from the terrace were the place to be for the 6:23 am sunrise and nightly moon rise. Recommend highly the location, property and GCRI for one's next vacation.

our condo was great....unfortunately ed had an irregular heart beat and had to have waccamaw ambulance take him to emergency we only stayed 2 nites and we could not stay the whole week..we left for home

God’s Grace provides a spectacular view surrounded by inlet, ocean, and family. Home comforts with baking utensils for Grandma ma to make homemade chocolate chip cookies. Cleanliness is next to Godlimess and the condo was definitely clean. Parking and mobility to and fro was easily accomplished so even Grandma ma had not trouble with unpacking and packing my car. IGrandchildren loved the pool area. I, Grandma ma lived in Harden City Beach from 1995 until 2019 and was back to visit with family and friends. Memories were made again and I will always love Garden City Beach South Carolina.

overall the house was great. there were several issues though:
1. mirrored door on closet was falling off. Garden City Realty responded quickly and removed.
2. dishwasher wouldn't drop pod. we placed pod manually.
3. main sliding doors were very hard to open.
a. GCR, sent maintenance who tried to fix but couldn't
b. Window World was sent and had to replace rollers... GCR aske me to wait around to let them in so i lost the entire morning with my family on the beach to do this... GCR should have had their maintenance meet with them instead of asking their paying guest.
4. hot tub caused chemical burns. Pool guy was sent and he adjusted the chemicals. after this, the hot tub smelled bad. not sure if it was chemicals or something else. most didn't want to get back in.
5. pool heater worked the 1st day. after that the pool was cold even though the heater claimed it was 84.

This was a very nice unit. It was clean and quiet. The only draw back was that the gate from the parking lot to the beach was locked. The only way to get to the beach was the spiral staircase off the balcony.

We have stayed at this rental several times and really enjoyed our stay. This time however we noticed a few things that could have been cleaned better. Cold return vent very dirty and light over table very dirty. Also patio table very rusty.

This is a beautyfull clean unit. Bathroom tub faucets are leaking as are the bathroom sinks. Outside property ( deck area) became dirty ( sand) after a week without cleaning. This is a very nice place to vacation. Tough to rent a 3 bedroom with only one parking space. The unit is very nice, comfortable.
