We had a great two week stay at wonderful condo right on the beach. The area, Garden City is a great location close to everything you need for whatever type of vacation you want. You can spend the whole time just relaxing on the beach, play golf, dine at tons of local restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and then some. It was very comfortable with an incredible view of the ocean.

We loved the building and Penthouse F. Great location, quiet enough, (fireworks, but those were done by 10pm). The only problem was the door lock broke, we couldn’t get in, had to wait @1 hour(not bad), but there was no master key and it had to be drilled. That being the only problem, made for a wonderful week!

Had a great time at this lovely complex. We had a tremendous view of the inlet and could see all the restaurants at the marsh walk in Murrells Inlet. All in all a very nice stay. The amenities at the unit were plentiful. Space was good. Lucky we had the ability to cast from our phones to the TV as there was no cable. Would gladly stay in this complex again.

Place was what we wanted.
Non smoking building but either above or below someone smoked continually.
Renter above had a dog who barked a lot. This renter put the dog in the pool for a swim thinking it was cute. What about health regulations?

Great house! Nicely decorated, furniture and beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with table settings, flatware and pots and pans. Only one small suggestion that is important to cooks, and that is to have the chopping and paring knives sharpened and provide a better spatula. Overall, we were all very pleased with the accomadations!

Our rental experience was good! We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was the kitchen was lacking supplies such as containers for left overs.
