This has to be the best location to the beach. Only a block and half. The house is amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfy mattress. Great AC. Ceiling fans. Lots of towels and linen. Fully stocked kitchen. The grill is amazing! The swings. The outdoor shower! This was definitely a great addition to the house. Helps keeps everything sand free. Safe. No issues with the neighbors. I’m definitely coming back.

This unit was very clean and had an updated kitchen with lots of dishes which made it nice to just use and load the dishwasher and still have plenty to use the rest of the week, running it the last day.
Being on the end of the building gave us more windows at the front which was really nice! Bedrooms were good sizes with plenty of space.
The only thing that was not convenient was the elevator is at the opposite end of the ramp.

Our family was incredibly happy to be back in Garden City after spending the past two years at Cherry Grove. Garden City Realty staff was outstanding in guest services. There were a couple of issues, but we were more than satisfied with how everything was handled.Rental property location was excellent and property owners have put the $$$ in the outside amenities. Pool,lounging areas,huge covered dock, plus
floating dock were exactly what we wanted. Furniture in living room needs cleaning, especially white fabric sofa. Finish on hardwood floors are in rough shape. Bathrooms are very small, especially stand alone shower is
tiny. But, overall workable.Weekly rental rate is a lot, so I expect a lot in return. Would rent this house again, if properly cleaned.

Great location. Convenient! The 2nd bedroom was not vacuumed nor was the porch carpet. We had to vacuum it ourselves. There was sand and crumbs all over. We were disappointed. I would stay here again.

The house had all the things we needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. It did seem like the cleaning crew did spot cleaning as we found things (kids clothing, toothpaste on the wall, and toys) that were not ours. The pool is small but it was super nice to have to take a break from the sun. They did come out to clean it one time while we were there. Could use some new knives. We couldn’t find any decently sharp ones. The house is next to a “public” access that is mainly used by the folks across the street. Not bad just something to note because we had to claim our beach spots in front of the house pretty early in the morning. The kitchen sink pressure is a little low so we used the dishwasher quite a bit. We had plenty of space for our multiple families vacation. Maybe add some more of the higher chairs on the top deck from the living room for better ocean viewing.

This condo was in a great location if the beach is what you came for! Public access to the beach is just across the road. The pier was an easy walk away. The property was as pictured, nice living space and spacious bedrooms. We had just two people and one dog, and felt it was a good amount of space. The balcony had great seating and was a perfect spot to tuck away and still be outside. The view from the balcony is just of the driveway/neighbors/street. The kitchen had any item we needed. Wifi was great the entire time. As described, parking is tight, so keep that in mind if you have a larger vehicle, though we had no problems with our SUV.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Dreams. The house was beautiful, comfortable and had great beach access. We enjoyed fishing off the back dock area and watching the sunset from the back porch. We come to Murrell's Inlet every year and this was by far the best house we have stayed in for location and comfort. It had everything we needed for a great stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This condo was perfect for a couples get away. Clean and well equipped, very easy access to the beach and the added layer of security (codes for entry to beach and pool area) gives you additional peace of mind. We will be back!
