We loved our stay at the Salty Seagull. The location on the marsh was absolutely beautiful, and the sunset views each evening were one of the highlights of our trip. The home was spotless, newly renovated, and very comfortable-just gorgeous!

One thing we especially appreciated was that Garden City Realty had the beds made with fresh sheets before we arrived—it was such a welcoming touch after a long day of travel with kids.

The beach access at the end of the road made it incredibly convenient to get to the beach, and we loved being able to walk there so easily. The kitchen is a little tight, but it worked perfectly for us since we didn’t do much cooking during our stay.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our large family. The beach was a short walk away. We had a problem with the AC but the service response was excellent and repaired within 2 hours. The living room TV was pretty bad with bad Wi-Fi reception although the rest of the house and other TVs were fine. Definitely needs a new TV in there. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a few spices.will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Looking to give your family the closest thing you can to a classic Grand Strand beach vacation, like we had in the 20th century? Garden City Beach is the place, and this house is the perfect home-away-from-home. Plenty of space, while also being cozy for whole-family gathering. The porch is SO LOVELY. Home is clean, with that rustic old-school beach house wood interior. Beds are comfy. Access to the beach couldn't be easier, and there's plenty of room for you to park several cars and bring all of your gear. Wi-Fi is adequate, and there are smart TVs galore. Easy walking distance to the Pier, arcade, Sam's Corner, etc.
Some things you'll want to know:
- there are not many outlets
- bathrooms are small, but sufficient
- there used to be a grill underneath the house, but no more; bring your own if you need to grill
- kitchen is well-equipped, but bring scissors
- 2 fridges is a game-changer, but only one has an ice maker, so bring bags if your crew uses ice rapidly

One last thing: Renting through GCR is the best I've ever experienced. They take care of their partner properties and provide the most responsive, genuine customer service.

Convenient having a washer & dryer, having to put a code in at gates to use pool and to get to beach was very inconvenient. Bed & pillows very comfortable. The footboard in master bedroom is way too big for bedroom everyone kept hitting knees every time walked by bed. Unit is stocked with nice dishes and small appliances.There is no water park, only a pool and hottub so this is more for adults. No outside seating. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Unit 19 needs cooking pots, pans, bowls, colander, etc. We rented 2 other units as well for our growing family. All of the grandchildren loved the pool and dock. We had a wonderful experience with Garden City Realty.

We have stayed a this same house for many vacations and have always had a great experience. Maintenance has always been quick response in the few times requested. This year was a few upgrades that made it more enjoyable!

Very nice condo. Very clean and kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils etc. close to restaurants,activities and the view is wonderful. Only draw back was make sure you bring toilet paper and paper towels as extras are not provided. E

We have stayed in BH 107 before qnd generally like it, but some furnishings need replacing. Ex. The queen bed mattress is very poor for my back( or anyones) problems. 2nd: the porch furniture is rusty and unuseable . Otherwise, we generally like the unit!
