We traveled as a group of 17 to this property. Kids aged 2-11. The property was excellent, easy to get to, clean, and provided great beach and home amenities. We appreciated the gates on the deck and walkway for little ones, the ample sized pool, and having plenty of interior space for everyone.

It was very easy to sign up for the house and the communications from Garden City were timely and accurate. Coe Haven is huge! I would suggest a propane grill should be included so it's not necessary to rent one.

Spacious and comfortable,great ocean-side porch , wonderful parking underneath and out front.
Only suggestion, - Would have been helpful to have a large pot for boiling and some baking pans. ( And a new water hose downstairs)

Shore Bet was fantastic and would recommend it to anyone! The communications from Garden City Realty were great and loved the "house guide" sent before getting there. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids, ages 8-16) and we all enjoyed it. The pool was a great size and so refreshing. The walk to the beach was so short and directly across from the public access. I will add the beds were a bit firm but nothing we couldn't handle. Wonderful time had by all and a great place to stay!

We stayed at Ocean Air with our large family and it was absolutely perfect for us.

The porch was stunning — spacious, beautifully furnished with Adirondack chairs, and ideal for any weather. On a stormy day, we sat under the deep covered porch, listening to the rain while still enjoying a front-row view of the ocean. Every evening, we gathered there to watch the sun sink into the horizon.

The location couldn’t have been better. It’s far enough from public beach access points to keep the shore quiet and uncrowded, but still just minutes from grocery stores and great restaurants.

The pool was spectacular — unique in that part of it sits under the porch, offering shade and a break from the sun after a full day on the beach.

Inside, the kitchen was surprisingly large (much bigger than it looks in the photos) and well-equipped, and the spacious dining table was a dream — everyone in our group could sit together for dinner, which made for such special evenings.

If we could change just one thing, it would be to add more living room seating. We all love to gather for movie nights, and with our big group, a sectional would be a huge upgrade so no one ends up on a floor pallet.

Overall, Ocean Air was the perfect setting for our family’s beach week — so much so that we’ve already booked our stay for next year!

We had a blast at 302 Seabreeze Drive! We came a long way and weren't disappointed. The cottage was lovely. We love to cook and this house was so well equipped. We were 16 and felt very comfortable. We are hoping to come back and stay here again.

Great house for large group. Staff was very helpful. House is ready for a refresh in many areas. Kitchen utensils need an overhaul. Hard to find enough serving dishes. Cupboards are deteriorating.
