Our experience with Garden City Realty was a very nice one. Robin was very helpful on the phone when we called to rent the condo. The check-in process went very smoothly. At check-out no one was at the office at 8:30 and we felt a little uncomfortable leaving the keys in the key drop. We are seniors and like to do things face to face.
The property was very nice. We liked that it was gated. The updated bathrooms were excellent. I was able to take my bath chair and use it with the handheld shower head. This was so helpful since I am waiting for hip replacement.
On that line, the elevators were handy to parking and we never had to wait much at all. The pool was very accessible as well as the beach.
The kitchen needs to be updated but we didn't do much cooking anyway. It was clean and it looked like most anything you would need was there.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

This is my 4th time staying here and hope to come again next year. It is spacious and the outdoor balcony/patio space cannot be beat. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf and never tired of watching the waves and taking long walks on the beach. Their is a seafood restaurant within walking distance which is great when no one feels like driving. I highly recommend Penthouse D.

We had a great time in this condo. This was our first trip since the pandemic so it nice that this condo met our expectations. The patio furniture made a big difference as we used it many many times during our week. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Views are always amazing, staff is always excellent. This condo was not as nice as other units we have stayed in. Condo very clean. Finishes in this unit needed repaired. TV's are all very complicated to use3 and the DVD players would not work. Other than that, very amazing place to stay. Will be back again in 2022. Jackie in the office is a wonderful lady.

My family of six adults loved Unit #613. We have stayed at Surfmaster several times and all the units we have rented have been very nice, however this unit was the best!! Beautiful furnishings, updated kitchen and baths, comfortable beds, all with a beautiful view!!! The only negative was there wasn't sufficient cutlery for meals. Most likely Garden City Realty isn't aware, so wanted to let you know...lots of missing forks, knives and spoons. Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped with any/everything you may need!!!

Our week was great. The condo was very clean. Only issue was that the king sized bed was not very comfortable. Definitely would recommend The Conch Cafe which is within walking distance of this property.

This condo was clean, well-appointed and convenient to everything. The ocean-view deck was great and we loved the private beach access. If I could anything, it would be to have a brighter light over the dining room table and to have some taller chairs on the deck so that you could see over the railing.

We really enjoyed our stay the place was clean and very well maintained. The extras in the condo were great, umbrella, chairs, etc. No creatures (bugs or cockroaches) were seen during the entire trip in any of the rooms. very nice place to vacation!!!!

This house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, a beach cottage from the 1950's with all the modern conveniences. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Very clean and well maintained. Location could not have been better - only about 1/3 mile walk on the beach to the pier which had live music, DJ, or karaoke everyday. We cooked all our meals, but this area is known for its fabulous selection of restaurants. Garden City Rental agency was fantastic - very prompt service and very helpful with any questions I had. Check-in couldn't have been easier. After being cooped up at home for over a year because of the pandemic - this was a much welcomed "spring break" for us. We were very sad when the week was over.

Clean, comfortable, affordable, great balcony view. One night, batteries in the bedroom TV remote died...looked in kitchen cabinet and found fresh ones. Beautiful.

When we checked-in there were two maintenance items to be addressed. Reported on Saturday upon arrival. They were addressed on Monday. This was our 2nd visit to this unit, overall it was great. Registration team are wonderful. Suggestion, it would be nice to have an extra hand towel for each bathrooms, there was only one per bath. 2nd, an additional kitchen dish cloth would be nice too. Garden City is our favorite beach location, will definitely be back.

The place was clean and exactly like described. The house itself was perfect for me and my dog! It was convenient to food and the beach was across the street. The only thing (and this was even bad) were the young local kids hanging out in the parking lot in front of the rental. But overall I absolutely enjoyed my stay and I will be back.

What a wonderful week we had in 1106. The room is great. Bed is comfortable. Living room is comfortable as well. Kitchen is adequately stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal (food not included). The staff was very nice (with the exception of 1 female employee). Check-in this time was not a good experience due to short staffing of housekeeping staff. Drew was very gracious in explaining to us why we had to wait soooo long to check in. The staff had not even begun to clean our unit until hours after we arrived. However they got right on it after our phone calls and after that everything went well for us. The previous guest had accidentally knocked a hole in the bedroom wall. We were promised that this would be repaired during our stay but unfortunately for the next guest, it had not been repaired upon our check out. Even with these events, our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed it greatly. We have stayed in this unit many times and will stay here again.
