This house is conveniently located right across the street or the beach and public beach access. Nice furniture and recently updated. Dog friendly and has a community pool right behind the house. The only negative is there is a lot of light from the condos across the street that comes in the house at night. I would recommend this house for your vacation.

Great place to relax and reset your mind. Notified upon checking that washer did not work and that we could be reimbursed using the coin operated facility on the property. After checking in we could not find any coin operated washers and dryers. The next day, we contacted housekeeping and they provided us with all the towels that we needed during the remainder of the stay.

Surf Master 709 was very comfortable and convenient. It had enough dishes for us. Some units are very limited. We have no complaints about the unit other than the bed was very hard. Surf Master does not have any public restroom facilities available so we'd have to clean up and go up to the unit which was an issue a time or two. There were no vending or snack machines or anywhere near by to grab a quick drink or snack. Make sure you bring plenty with you! Overall, condo was very nice but facility is lacking in outside services.

Everything was perfect. I would rent it again...
I only have one little suggestion. And it’s just a personal suggestion on my end.
Get a swifter or a dust mop for the floors.

Beachside Windy Hill is one of the best properties we have ever rented. The location is peaceful and quiet. The full-size heated pool was the hit of the week. Plenty of room for everyone and the huge grill held ribeyes for the whole family. From beach toys to the rocking chairs, this home had everything...including the little cardinal that hung around for the week letting us know the loved one we recently lost was there with us in spirit. It was a wonderful place to stay...clean with everything you need to make memories that will last forever. Hope to be back soon! Highly recommend!

First floor condo with a spectacular view of the beach/ocean. 3br/2.5ba. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Screened in porch with 2 patio sofas and another deck off master bedroom with rocking chair. Both great for relaxing on. Fully furnished kitchen. Full size washer/dryer. Beach chairs in laundry room area to use. Spotlessly clean. Pool/hottub. Easy beach access. Elevators. Check in/out easy process. Friendly staff to talk to during process. Definitely our families new location to stay at the beach. Five stars.

This was definitely our favorite rental we have ever stayed in at garden city. The location was just perfect for us. We were celebrating my moms 82nd birthday and wanted something easy and accessible for her to enjoy the beach. The beautiful screened in porch and veranda off her bedroom were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could enjoy staying in and cooking some nights. Such a great location for going out to eat or shop. We will definitely return!!

The house was immaculate when we arrived. Spotless. We stayed here last summer and loved the Gulf Stream Villas. The weather was absolutely perfect water was a little chilly but we went in the ocean everyday. So blessed and we appreciate. _-Garden City Reality for the excellent job the do.
