This is a beautiful house. Only issue was sliders off living room would not open on one side and the other side was super hard to open and close. That was the most convenient way to the pool.

I really enjoyed waking up each morning and watched the sun rise from my balcony! The condo was clean, modern, and well equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation. We had a great family vacation at Pooh’s corner. This makes about 4 years we have stayed here and we love it. The only thing that could make better arrangements for us would be a shower in the downstairs king size bedroom.

Our long time condo rental sold this year, so we had to find a new one to rent. With the help of an GCR agent, we were able to this unit. Found it to be a nice unit witb full size washer/dryer, comfy bed and nice location.

12 at Compass Rose was decorated nicely and in very good condition. We had a relaxing and wonderful vacation. Kitchen was well equipped and the only suggestion I would have is the cabinets could use new shelf lining. Other than that we look forward to staying there again. We also enjoyed the other guests staying at the Compass Rose. They were all friendly.

We found Surfmaster 1006 to be very nice and comfortable. It was very clean and in a great location on the south strand. The decor is a little overdone but still is a nice change from the usual beach themes, and the carpet could use a light cleaning. The internet service is not reliable, but we’ve had that problem at other high-rises in the area. The covered parking was a bonus as it was quite warm during our stay. One major complaint: when sitting on the balcony, the netting that has been installed on the railing greatly hinders an excellent view of the ocean. Nonetheless, we were pleased with our stay at this condo.

Our condo, view, pool, weather and tours were beautiful! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were a bit cramped but manageable. The TVs and remotes could use an upgrade. Within two hours of our arrival our original condo became unavailable due to maintenance issues, but within minutes of letting us know, we were given a alternative spot that was equal to or a slight upgrade, which we really appreciated!
