Our family vacation experience was FABULOUS!! The house was decorated beautifully and the furniture was very comfortable. It was so nice to be right on the ocean and to have an ocean view from more than one window. The home was very clean and had all the necessities for a very memorable family vacation!!

House was clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the porch and enjoyed eating meals there most of the time. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint was I thought the kitchen was under stocked. We had to use plastic cups to get us through the day. It needed more coffee cups, glasses and silverware. Wine opener was difficult but we figured it out. Another issue was figuring out how the family area tv worked; quite confusing but maintenance man came to help us. It was the perfect location and we would stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful! The larger balcony was fabulous for evening dinners and relaxing after a day either pool front (if a bit windy) or ocean front. The kitchen had everything you could need, and was very well laid out - quite unique in One Ocean place. We weren't able to get into the unit timely (due to previous renters not vacating timely) and Garden City Realty was gracious, communicative, and accommodating to help make it right. During our stay Garden City Reality even sent maintenance personnel to swap out light bulbs and batteries the previous tenants had blown out. We have already rented this unit for next year.....a true gem!

We have stayed at Atalaya Towers several times and have used Garden City Reality. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. This was our first time staying at 703. It was clean upon arrival and everything was in its place. Kitchen has anything you need and great place.

My family and I wish we would have known it was bike week! We three kids 2 and under - there were a lot of sleepless nights because of the motorcycles driving up and down the street all hours of the night. Otherwise, the house is nice. It could have been cleaned better - the tile floors were dirty. They have updated the living room furniture which looks nice and compliments the decor. Pool area is great and the location is awesome.

property had great location. absolutely nothing inside though - most properties have some things leftover like spices, baggies, plastic wrap, dish detergent, etc. couch was very uncomfortable. mattress on bed needs to be replaced in my opinion. also there were two beach chairs - one of them was tiny like for a child. could use a few more beach chairs and possibly an umbrella. also wifi was painfully slow and not secure - no password needed to get on. could not find router and even your people could not find - that really should be addressed.

I haven't been to Garden City in 25 years. I really enjoyed how things have improved. Our stay at this condo was great. The unit was clean, had a living area that accommodated our family, had updated appliances, and all of the beds were comfortable. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! There was more than enough room and being right on the beach was wonderful! We were worried about the parking bc our family came into town at different times but we were able to fit 4 regular size cars/SUV’s on one side of the duplex! It was within walking distance of the Garden City pier! There is public beach access right next to the duplex so there were more people on the beach due to that being so close. The police patrolled the area and beach a lot so that made us feel very safe, we really appreciated that especially with 2 small kids! I saw one review that mentioned the band from the pier...they did have a band playing each night that you could hear most in the master bedroom but the pier closed at 11:00 every night so it wasn’t bad at all. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the music each night! The porch and rocking chairs were one of our favorite things about the house! A wonderful place to spend time with your family and enjoy all the beach has to offer!! Thank you for sharing it with us!!
