Enjoyed our stay at Compass Rose 12. Being on the first floor was very convenient to coming in from the pool or beach and just storing our chairs on the screened in porch. Condo was nicely decorated and the king and queen beds were both comfortable. Did not use the the twin beds. Coffee pot didn’t work but was delivered a new one that morning. Already booked again for next year.

The surf master is a great place to stay. The condo unit 511 is very nicely decorated and updated. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony and also the 2 chairs inside that give a great view when weather doesn’t permit being on the balcony. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our family vacation was wonderful. The VIP House has the perfect location! We could walk to the pier, get ice cream, ride the golf cart to the Kroger and beach access was just a hop, skip and a jump away. The baby pool was a life saver with toddlers! Parking was perfect for 7 cars and a trailer. Even though the house was not ready until 5 pm, it was clean and well maintained. Garden Realty took care of any need we had promptly and made our vacation seamless. I absolutely would recommend this property and plan on staying there again.

We have always enjoyed staying at Surfmaster and this time was no exception. The fact that it was a holiday week (Memorial Day) was somewhat concerning but everything went smoothly. We were able to check in early which was a plus. The weather was overall nice and we had a wonderful time enjoying the beach.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The condo was beautiful inside and everything was exactly as it was described. It was just the right fit for our family of six. The building was easy to navigate and there was nothing at all that we could complain about! We are hoping to come back soon!

Nice an quiet place to get away from the hustle and craziness during Bike week. under cover parking for bikes, close to everything you may want to do.

Overall, great rental and great vacation. Property was well kept and spacious. Perfect location with beautiful views. House was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only downside to the entire pro tower was half of the space within the pool area was stone/rocks that were not easy to walk on without shoes. Otherwise, no complaints!
