Our stay at One Ocean Place 208 was very pleasant. Everything seemed well cared for and clean. After the pandemic lock-down we were a bit apprehensive about venturing out, but we soon felt comfortable in this condo. This was our first visit to One Ocean Place. Garden City has been our "go-to" place for many years with family. We had not been back for 3 years, it was wonderful to be at the ocean again. Thank you for your hospitality.

While the unit was dated and door to the fridge was rusted like it had been sitting outside for a long period of time, the condo was very Clean and comfortable. The unit was right on the Water to the point high tide was only a few feet away which was nice. One of the elevators was out and we had a long walk to the other one. Apparently it's been that way for some time. Overall, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to a friend. Very courteous and helpful rental staff. Thanks

The condo was clean and nice for the stay and I had only one concern. The concern was that I had confusion on where to pick up the keys from. It could have been a little clearer. Even with that, the staff got me through my paperwork quickly and got me on my way.

We loved this condo. The view was incredible and it was just a short walk across the pool deck and you were in the sand. Couldn't have asked for a better location.

It was a pleasant stay, though we had a few issues of no air the first night, but a new unit was installed in a few days. There was some construction going on and we had to have some painting done while on our stay, but it didn't interrupt much of our day.

Have stayed in unit 709 for several years. Really appreciate having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided for our use during the week. Surf Master is the only place we stay for our annual beach trip.
