We were very pleasantly surprised that the unit was even nicer in person than the pictures depict. Garden City Realty is always easy and great to deal with, we use this rental company often. The building itself on the outside, the balconies and the stairwell inside are in desperate need of attention. We were completely satisfied with our unit but disappointed in the condition of the complex as a whole. I would stay here again but only in the newly renovated units

The weather was not great but the house was better than expected. I couldn't find any recent reviews on this house so we were a bit concerned but the house was as advertised. The pool was nice, it was an easy walk to the beach and the kitchen was well equipped.

One Ocean Place was exactly as described. Overall very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the BIG balcony. The only thing I would suggest is putting a table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view while eating, it’s certainly big enough. The weather was great for a spring vacation. The Conch Cafe was within walking distance, would highly recommend eating there.

The elevator on the north side of the building didn't work for the whole week. There was huge waits on move in and move outs for space on the remaining elevator. The floor is not level between the bedrooms and living areas and we had more than one twisted ankle

Surfmaster 413 is a beautiful unit. This was our 4th time staying in this unit. Has all the comforts of home. Love the location.

The unit was clean and well prepared. Didn’t require any direct assistance during my stay, however, in several phone calls to the rental office just before my stay the staff was professional and respectful. The unit itself was redecorated nicely with great touches. The only thing that stuck out ( but still functioned fine) was the older stove/oven.

Our stay here was amazing!! the pool was beautiful and perfect for our little guys!! The entire family loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful home and conviently located between two public beach accesses!! We absolutley enjoyed it! Oh and the couches were so comfortable, probably the most comfortable couches in any vacation home I have ever experienced!

This home was clean and relaxing all that you want in a vacation home! With plenty of room in this 3 bedroom home for everyone to have space! Also, it is located in an area that was close to everything you would want to do! or would need. Most of all the area felt safe to do or go or be all the time this peace of mind is 100 what you want in a vacation rental! We all had a blast!
