Wife and and I and our 2 small dogs, were guests for the week of May 22nd thru May 29th, 2021. This was our 2nd year in a row in Ruff Life. The unit was clean in appearance and smell upon our arrival. Linens were plentiful and appeared to be brand new. The grounds are very well maintained and attractive. Several places to walk your dogs away from the heavily travelled main beach road. Kitchen was stocked well. Furnishings were average. All in all a very pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to book this unit a third time in the future.

This is my second year staying at South Wind #2, and I will say I wouldn't hesitate to stay a third. This house is an easy walk to the beach and supplied really well with your daily needs. The fenced yard for our pup is perfect.

We have stayed in this unit a few times. We love it! It is always so easy to book through Garden City Realty. They are all very knowledgeable and awesome! I booked next years vacation before we left this year. The rental unit is absolutely wonderful. It is well stocked and the beds are so very comfortable!!!! The only problem that we had was one of the lamps was in a bedroom and it was broken. Other than that, everything was exceptional!!! We met one of the maintenance guys while getting in the elevator and he helped us with our luggage! His name was Mark and he was very nice! We actually ran into him several times on our visit. He was extremely nice each time. We will continue booking with Garden City Realty for years to come!!!

We loved this beautifully decorated condo with a fantastic view. The unit was clean and well stocked. We have reserved it again for next summer. The folk at Garden City Realty are great to work with. We only had one problem - the huge line at check-in.

This was our second annual summer stay at Portofino 321A, and we can’t wait to return again. In spite of unseasonably cool and rainy weather for Memorial Day, we enjoyed this great beach home. We love the location between the Surfside and Garden City piers and also enjoy the proximity to the public beach access/water sport area, so that friends and family can join us for beach fun. The house offers a great ocean view porch and a community pool. We’ve enjoyed cookouts with family both years, and we appreciate the open floor plan for entertaining and dining on the main level. This home has become a true beach treasure for us, and we are now making it a tradition!

Staying at Marlin Quay was a wonderful experience! This unit was clean,had everything you needed and a spectacular view. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach as well. It was a great week!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this building. Our stay in room 307 was great! Very clean, comfortable beds and couch, the master bathroom is awesome too. You can’t beat the panoramic windows and view of the ocean. We enjoy being close to Murrells Inlet too for the dining options. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this cozy rental on Easy Street in Garden City. The open under-house parking is perfect for families with multiple cars, and it offers a private grilling area with a swing and beautiful marsh views. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us ample space for our group of 6. There are some beautiful updates to this home, such as a large farmhouse-style dining room table and tiled kitchen. The location is close enough to walk to the Garden City Pier and ocean, but it also feels like a private getaway when sitting on the screened porch overlooking the marsh. Great value in a beach home if space, safety, and convenience are priorities! We’ll definitely be return visitors to Banana Pancakes!
