Our family came to myrtle beach this year for family vacation with our two small kids. This place was everything and more. Probably the best thing about it was the fact that it is so close the beach. I mean you walk 5 steps to the elevator and get off and walk 20 steps to the beach or 10 steps to pool. It was great because of the kids and all the stuff we had to take down. We also were able to go to the room if needed to eat and grab something. Clean, convenient, so much to do and a total blast. We had a few small issues where we needed maintenance and they were there right away to assist. And the ocean front balcony was another feature we loved too. Just gorgeous. A+ place

Our family really enjoyed our week at Portifino 321A. When we arrived, the house was as it had been portrayed online. We really loved the location making it easy to get on the beach with children and gear. I loved most the spacious PORCH! The furniture was so comfy— rocking chairs. And the table and chairs let us have many fun games there. The pool was clean and not crowded. From booking the house, check-in, to check-out was easy and everyone was very nice. Loved that each linen packet was wrapped tightly with clear wrapping waiting on each bed and towels were too. Great week all around!! All 5’s!

We had such a wonderful time! Our only suggestions would be to tell potential gifts about the extra fridge, the stash of beach/pool accessories, and the baby highchair. Also there was no electric mixer or vegetable scraper that we could find.
Loved the downstairs shower room.
Comfortable and relaxing.
Plenty of eating utensils/dishes

The condo itself is nice with newer showers. Furniture and mattresses are comfortable and the ocean view can’t be beat. The pool and hot tub are serviced every two days and are well maintained. The overall property is very nice. Love the Conch Cafe right next door.

We stayed at 212 Beach House. The place was very clean and organized. We enjoyed the view and the easy access to the beach. Wish the condo had a washer and dryer.

The home was very nice, the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked,the kids loved the pool, the golf cart rental was helpful because the beach is a good walk away, neighbors are very nice and a kid friendly area.The only thing I could ask for is a picnic table.
