We have stayed at these condos before and love the area and convenience to the beach. We were a bit disappointed with this years room. Room 210, the floors were filthy. We purchased a mop to clean them ourselves after seeing my infant grand daughter’s feet were black from being in her walker 2 hours after arriving. We also complained for 2 days about our room smelling horrible of pot.

It was awesome as always. Only thing about the bedrooms in 306 is the mattresses. They are not comfortable. But the place is beautiful and I do love the dining table. Thank you to another great week.

We have been coming here to 12 years. We really love it. We usually try to stay 103. The location is our monarch is 102 yrs old.And parking right the door is great help. and the view is great.

Everything was great! My only small complaint was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as last year... maybe it’s time for an upgrade ... other than that no other complaints! Loved the decor and was well maintained!

My family and my I loved our stay once again, at One Ocean Place. Unit 403 is lovely and nicely updated. Everything was clean and appeared just as advertised. We've stayed at the building before, but this was our first time in 403. Location is great and the view is just as beautiful from the 4th floor. The front door lock is a little tricky, but property management helped us with the issue over the phone. My family would love to stay in this unit again.

Everything about this house was fantastic. We really enjoyed the dock gazebo, the tennis court, the theater room, and the location. The house is basically on the ocean and directly across the street. Shorter walk than some 'ocean front' properties we've stayed at. Also, the house is in a gated community, which was great and helped to keep traffic down. You will NOT run out of ice or refrigerator space. 2 ice makers and 3+ refrigerators. Really nice house and location.

We have been coming to the Garden City/Surfside area for the past 11 summers. This by far was the best house and realestate company.

Peachland

This was a great place to stay for our summer vacation. Our family of 6 adults were very comfortable here. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the peaceful neighborhood. Its close to the attractions without being in the middle of all the noise. We will book future vacations in this area.

Beaufort

The house is super cute, clean, and a perfect location. The back porch was amazing! Beautiful sunsets! Super quick walk to the beach or pier.
Cons: New mattresses would be ideal, plus extra blankets in the living area.
The a/c downstairs was inadequate. Should be a separate thermostat down there.

We had a great week. The 4 bed 4 bath house was perfect. Nearly on the beach, it was a 3 minute walk. Same side of the street. The back porch was awesome. 10 out of 10.

I would rent from Garden City Realty again

We stayed at A Wave from it all and had the most amazing vacation ! The house was very clean very spacious and the grandkids loved the pool. Beach access was very accessible we rented a golf cart to transport the grands to the beach but they could have walked you could see the beach from the house. I would rent from Garden City Realty again very nice easy to work with. Thank You
