Our family had a great vacation at the Surfmaster, as always. This year we stayed in room 307 and had a great time, in a great room, with a great view.

This was our first time renting through Garden City Realty and everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful. We will definitely rent through them again. This was also our first stay at Surf Master. We enjoyed this building and area and would stay at this property on our next visit.

As for the unit, it was very clean and we loved the spaciousness. The new living room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed in dishes and utensils and my family did love the large tvs. The master bedroom had plenty of room however it could use a ceiling fan. It was hot in that room even with the ac on 72 and the mattress was Extremely Firm. The one disappointment was the lack of furniture on the balcony with only a table and 2 chairs, everyone didn't have a place to sit.

Overall, this is a nice little vacation spot for 1 week in the summer. A minor dissappointment is not enough luggage carts when it's time to move into the condo. Otherwise, the place was overall relatively clean, we had enough kitchen supplies, and we ALWAYS enjoy our stays at SurfMaster!

Overall our stay was great. We rented four units this year and this unit was the most dated. We did enjoy the mess around the railing because we had our 18 month granddaughter and she enjoyed standing and pointing to things on the beach. We could allow this without fear. We were disappointed that the unit was not move in ready. The comforter was left off the bed in the room closest to the beach. We later found it and the shams in the dryer still wet and the shams stuffing all mixed in. The lint trap was broken and ate our clothing. Maintenance did fix the lint trap and the closet door. I wish the owners would update the condo in to the current century.

We stayed at Surf Master 202. Our rental property was delightful! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated! Everything was spotless and comfortable! The view from the balcony was wonderful! I would definitely enjoy another visit here!

It was great whoever was in charge of all the equipment had thought of everything that you would need even down to if you had forgotten a toothbrush or a comb if you needed it. The only thing that I thought it needed was the patio door replaced other than that it was perfect.thank you.

We had a great vacation in Surfmaster 508. I can not say enough nice things about Garden City Realty. So pleasant to work with and always so helpful. They did their best to find answers to all my questions about the rental. The condo was was cleaned well and even smelled fresh. The only cons I had were the beds constantly squeaked as headboards seemed loosely attached to frames and it definitely needs living room furniture updated, not comfortable. Please purchase a small toaster as the toaster oven took forever to toast. The balcony was awesome and provided many beautiful memories.
