Perfect place for us has become “life is good on easy street”. Close to everything. Short walk to the beach. Very easy drive to any store,restaurant,or activity. Nice place well maintained. Family neighborhood. (Important to us). Garden city realty makes booking, check in and out painless as possible even with the obstacle of covid. Highly recommend fhis area and this realtor. No complaints. I would really have to dig to find one. 10 of 10.

Our vacation at 104 Marlin Quay was a little piece of heaven! The accommodations were very comfortable. The view from our balcony was incredible. The beach was a short walk. The pools were a great addition to the rental providing beautiful views of the inlet. The elevator allowed us to come and go quickly! Adequate towels, comfortable seating, washer and dryer, nice TVs are among other amenities that added to a very enjoyable vacation! We highly recommend Marlin Quay!

First time we stayed here. The view was amazing. The condo was big very spacious. Plenty of room. Dining area was nice to made it to where we could have family time together. Would def recommend. The pool area I thought would've been a problem with everyone e staying there. But no had plenty of places to recline back enjoy the pool and the ocean.

Beautifully place, perfect location. If we weren’t at the beach we were on the balcony, enjoying the view of the beach. The only issue we had was handled within minutes.
