The best thing about the Gause house is location. It was awesome. It is a vintage home, but it could use alittle TLC. It would be money well spend, and I would be willing to pay more for the updates.

This house fit our group of 15 perfectly. The kitchen/dining area is SUPER tight - but we made it work. The outdoor area cannot be beat. The pool is amazing and right on the inlet. Bags, LadderBall, Bimini game, FANTASTIC outdoor furniture and a bathroom out by the pool area - absolutely the best part of this property! Beach access (TWO of them) right across the street. Would recommend to anyone!

In all it was a great rental experience. Very easy check in and the condo has a great view from balcony with good shade on the balcony in the afternoon. I did not have any issues but if you are a late sleeper in the master bedroom the blinds do not block out the morning sunshine very much.

We enjoyed the dining room as we ate together every night with 10 people, age 5-90! The proximity to the beach was our best ever for a rental. Bedrooms are spacious. Happy the main areas are tile, carpets seem a little tired.

Had a great time. The property was nice. Had a few little issues (no linens for one of the beds, no tv in master, material on 3-4 lawn chairs at pool was torn - couldn’t use) Linens were brought on day 2, tv issue got resolved. Chairs were not fixed during our stay. Otherwise, Pops Place is beautiful. Has everything we wanted during our stay!

The house was nice. The beds really need to be replaced they are very hard. The ceiling fans also need to be looked at. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Condo (and resort area) was clean and the location was perfect! Felt safe and loved that the area was quieter but accessible to everything we needed.

from check-in, our experience was great. Our house was exactly what we wanted. Beds were made, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We have a wonderful time.
