We really enjoyed staying at this home. Everything was clean and very accommodating. We especially liked the table that accommodated everyone because with 13 people at together. The only draw back was the shared jack and Jill baths for all. The lower level was a little musty smelling. The pool was great and the location to the beach is really a few steps. The porch is to die for. Loved the rockers and high chairs.

Very nice place to stay for a very relaxing vacation. Property clean meet all expectations. Would like to make one suggestion-assign parking in the lot according to unit. Couple of late returns to condo and no parking spaces available. Other than that fantastic place to stay

We were thrilled that we were able to get in the condo by noon. With 2 small grandchildren, that was a big help. Thank you!! The condo was so clean (just a few carpet stains in master bedroom) and having the pool so close (and the beach across the street) was so convenient. We had the best vacation!

Our condo was actually ready ahead of the 4PM check-in time. It was clean, plenty of room for six people inside and a large deck outside. I would recommend this condo and would stay there again. Plenty of restaurants within several miles and a water park about a mile away. Only one issue was the lack of internet service even after calling their help line three times. Overall, very nice place to stay.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Perfect location on the beach. Close to plenty of activities, restaurants, and other attractions. Great parking. The condo doesn't come with any beach necessities so plan ahead. There is a company that rents umbrellas and chairs, but it may be cheaper to buy them. The only thing that would actually improve the condo is a ceiling fan on the porch.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our 6 person group. Great location to the beach.

We will definitely keep this property on our list for future visits.

The only downside was the dishwasher broke on our first day. We don't mind washing dishes, but the washer was in poor condition when we got there, and died upon our visit.

Rental experience was good. We had no issues. Fell in love with the Garden City area. Highly recommend the Surfmaster and the area.

You could not ask for a better location. This house is literally a block from the beach access area, and in my opinion, the most beautiful house on the block. The rooms are spacious. The showers were a little difficult for us given that my family height ranges from 5'8" to 6'2" for the adults, but we managed. If your family is shorter, you will be fine. The shower outside is amazing though. The pool is well kept, and we actually had a visitor in there one morning... a crab! Don't worry, we returned it to its home.
The area is like its own little town. You have to try the italian ice on the pier! I will warn you that because the beach is near the pier, you will probably have several shark sightings. There was also someone setting off fireworks every night, but we were there during senior week. When we went to check in, we had to wait like an hour to get our key. This might have been because of COVID though. Overall, we had a great time!
