This is a well equipped comfortable unit with everything you could need for a lovely vacation. Well equipped kitchen. Couches in living room are very comfortable, I loved the rockers on the porch especially. The view from the 4th floor is great!

Check In was simple. Unit was clean. Convenient location. Only gripe is the second bath and second bedroom could use an upgrade. Bunks and a dresser or something to free up some room.

This was our second year at One Ocean Place 203. It is absolutely perfect for us. Well equipped and clean. Second floor is perfect as I am afraid of heights and being on the end at the parking spot is perfect for us. Fantastic view of the ocean and Garden City Realty are amazing to work with. We needed maintenance assistance twice and there was absolutely no delay in getting the issues resolved. Will be booking for 2026 vacation and look forward to working with Gardem City Realty again.

We recently enjoyed a weeks stay at Surfmaster 803. The condo looks like it has been recently updated. It was beautiful and very clean inside. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were handed very promptly and corrected. Excellent maintenance staff. The only issue with our stay had nothing to do with the condo but rather with the elevators. At one point both elevators were not working and we had to climb the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for our group, but it was for another family traveling with us. We were told, and I’m not sure this is correct, that the elevators are going to be replaced in the fall of 2025. We’ve been coming to surf master for many years and it is our favorite spot for vacation.

We had a great vacation stay July 5, 2025, through July 12, 2025. We stayed in Surf Master unit 110. The unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The view of the ocean was unobstructed and the patio furniture was nice. We enjoyed being on the first floor as we were able to easily go up and down the stairs and did not have to wait for the elevator. We will look to rent this unit again on future trips!
