Booking with GCR was a seamless experience. Everything was as pictured. The condo was very clean. The only thing I’d recommend is an updated stove/oven and a toaster that accommodates a thicker bread or bagel. If you need to iron anything, you’ll be out of luck as there is no iron or board. The bed was very comfortable and the view can’t be beat. The balcony offered a nice sitting area with a table and chairs. The shower floor feels a bit weak under the feet but was clean and has great water pressure. I’ve stayed at Surfmaster a few times and this was one of the best condos thus far.

The house was nice and spacious. Great location and excellent amount of parking. Photos are accurate. Staff were extremely helpful with a routine maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. This vacation was one of our best yet! We can’t wait to return to SC!

We have owned our condo since 2013 and your team has been fantastic to work with every year! Jessy, Heidi, and Ashley have always been there for us and we appreciate all their effort. Sara-Lauren, Robbie, and all the others in maintenance have always taken care of any issue promptly and respectfully. Ps Good luck to Sara-Lauren & Robbie in their new roles. Miss Julie Mullins has been wonderful to work with over the years and we thank her.

We were greatly pleased with the accommodations of the condo with which we stayed. The décor was as pictured and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were able to cook a meal and had what was needed to do so. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable and clean. We appreciated that any questions we had were answered by management which made the stay even better knowing you had a contact person.

We stayed at Surf Master and loved that we had an ocean front balcony as I had booked but also found out that every unit had an ocean front balcony. The unit was very clean. The unit we stayed in was in very good condition and very clean but the furnishings were a little dated. No problem and we are planning on staying there again next year.

Our room was clean and stocked nicely for our needs. The only negative was the condition of the pool. It didn't seem to be kept as clean and tidy as in years past. There were several clumps of hair and the water level was kinda off. The overall appearance of the property was clean and as expected. We do look forward to our next stay.

Condo was perfect. Loved the master bathroom/shower. View of the beach was perfect. Condo had plenty of room for all 9 of us. Plenty of cupboard space for the items we brought. Had everything we needed in kitchen and more. Garden City Realty was very professional and kind. We arrived early. Room wasnt quite ready but they gave us parking pass and allowed us access to pool and beach while we waited. Used a different realty last year and they literally screamed at us to get off property until our room was ready. Very unprofessional. Will always use Garden city Realty in future.

The condo was very clean and decorated very beachy! It was in excellent condition! It was equipped with everything we needed. The big screen TV in the living room was great! The balcony had lots of chairs and we enjoyed watching fireworks there each night! We had a great time there and I would stay in that same condo again!

The condo was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family. Very clean and well maintained. The pool, hot tub, hallways, and elevator were nice an clean. Couldn't ask for a better spot on the beach. We would love to stay here again.

So the room in general was sufficient it did it’s purpose but we’ve stayed in many rooms at surf master an I would say this one was the most in need of some updating. Very old school vibe which is fine but vents were hanging down in bathrooms, light switches very delayed def some electrical issues goin on, had to move extension cords around to get tv to work etc but overall didn’t really effect what you come for the beach!
