We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As there were not many choices available, we were able to secure this home due to a cancelation. It turned out that this property is exactly what we were looking for and more. The distance from the beach and access to the inlet were awesome. The dock area was a delight and was used heavily by out typically anti-beach fishermen! The house, although periodic issues with the AC, was absolutely perfect!!! We were very happy with out stay and the attention the owner's have to detail. Mr. Murray even stopped in to make sure out stay was good. Hats off to the owners of this property and the people at Garden City Realty! I would recommend another refrigerator on the property in the downstairs area to help with ice and additional refreshments.

Our family enjoyed a beautiful week at the beach. Thanks to the Metzler family for allowing us to stay in their beautiful beach house. Your landscaping and flowers were beautiful. Our little ones on the trip enjoyed seeing starfish, horseshoe crab, loggerhead turtle coming out to lay eggs and the dunes red foxes. We very much enjoyed a relaxing sunny week at the beach! Thanks so much!

I am very pleased with Garden City Realty. When we arrived the keys wouldn’t open the deadbolt lock. I called them & they sent a maintenance person over within 15 min. The home was well stocked with dishes & cooking utensils& pots. The decor was very beachy which I love! One problem we had was the refrigerator door would not close tightly. This was a problem 2 years ago when we stayed in this house. I would recommend replacing the refrigerator.. we did have a marvelous time & the house is in a good location for kids because there are no streets to cross to get to the beach . We did not eat out much because of COVID & having small children but our favorite restaurant is The Claw House in Murrel’s Inlet. They had outdoor seating there

House is clean and overall nice. Quite a few small maintenance issues. Toilet upstairs is not secured to floor, light fixture on back porch practically rotted out. Hose downstairs leaks. Lots of small stuff, still worth staying there. Rental agency folks amazing, thanks to cleaning staff, I bet they work hard.

Glad tidings is a perfect venue to have your family reunion. We enjoyed the ocean, channel, and pool immensely. Also, we rented a pontoon boat and were able to dock it at the private dock. We highly recommend this property and this real estate company and Mary Black in particular. She was very helpful through the entire process. It's a good sign when 14 people do not want to go home.

Condo was spacious and quiet. The locked gates were annoying because our kids couldn't come & go when they wanted (didnt want to give them a key card to possibly lose then owe $70). The pull out couch mattress should NOT be counted as a is flat coils. Our son slept on the floor on couch cushions instead all week.

This is the 3rd time staying at the Sundial and it never disappoints! The property was clean and stocked like you'd expect. Semi-Private and there always seems to be cool guests there. My kids love it, my wife loves it and I do too! Go and enjoy the S.C here, you won't regret it!

Since we didn’t come last year due to Covid, we were excited to come back. There are couple of things that stood out. In the pictures it showed a grilled and we were excited to be downstairs and use the grill but it wasn’t useable. The staircase, parts of the fencing was coming off and we had to make sure the kids didn’t lean on it so they don’t fall down. During times between 3-6pm the temperature was very warm inside the house. We had the A/C on 65 and it was still warm, luckily I brought our fan from home so that helped a little bit. Even using the wall fan in the house it still made it warm. The carpet has a lot of stains. Other than that, If you are in the back patio it’s nice to relax and watch the sunset. After a day in the beach, there was a shower downstairs which was nice to have before coming inside the house. Since we didn’t go out to eat, we did go to the local Walmart and bought food, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We had a good time with our family.

Excellent as always! Been coming here since the Late 80's. Great Place for Kids and Adults. Location is perfect. You are hour from Charlestown, short dive to Pawleys Island must try Locals Restaurant, Wahoo's at Merriel's Inlet. The River Stream Cafe and Conch Shell which is in walking distance from your condo. There are also many other great restaurants in the area and I can not go with out mentioning Benjamin's Coffee House in Surfside great coffee, pastry's and sandwiches etc. The beach front is fantastic. This unit is perfect. Well be back next year too! Come stay!

Gainesville

The condo was by far one of the best 3 BR we’ve stayed in at Surfmaster in all of our years. The seating in the living area and eating areas were perfect. The large table allowed room for our entire family and the barstools provided extra seating. The kitchen well stocked and nice seating on the porch. Two recommendation: Larger TV in family room and mattresses are showing age. Look forward to next ye
