Everything was excellent. The only negative I experienced was that the mattress on the "handicap room" bed does not fit the bed. It made it harder for a handicapped person to get on/off bed.

We really loved our condo! It was so well equipped with everything we could think of for our use. Games, cards, kitchen equipment and dishes, and cleaning supplies. The furniture was up to date and very comfortable in all rooms. The condo was also beautifully decorated and the corner unit is such a great view!

Loved the location of the condo and the view. Condo was clean and the furniture was very nice and comfortable. The carpet was dirty, however and probably needs to be replaced. The sheets did not fit the master king bed very well. No toaster in unit. Sliding glass door needed work, which was done while we were there. Overall, the experience was good.

Had a very good time, really nice place, the only thing that could have made it any better would have been ceiling fans in the room. The decor was awesome!!

First time staying in this unit. We did have a problem entering the unit when it was ready as the code wouldn't work but we called Garden City Realty and they took care of the problem. Enjoyed our stay in this unit. And from other reviews yes the carpet is dirty and the sheets don't fit the mattress well. But that didn't bother us. Next time we go to Myrtle Beach we will try and stay here!

Beach Time was a Perfect place to stay while we were on Vacation. The Rooms were beautifully decorated and well maintained . Beautiful Views from the Balconies. Nice size Pool to swim in. I plan on returning next Year

Ocean Cove111 is a vacationers dream, very clean & well cared for. Close to nearby excellent restaurants at Murrells Inlet or close enough to Myrtle Beach if that is your scene. The only negative is the small TV in the master bedroom & no TVs in the other bedrooms but we knew the lack of TVs ahead of time.

The whole experience from the start was made very easy and fun to do by the Garden city staff. I was looking for a place to take the family to relax and spend time together and a place that felt like our own. With college and all the sports over the last 10 years we haven't had a chance to just get away as a family for along time. I was looking for that Beach house that they wouldn't forget and it 100% lived up to the billing. The location and privacy was perfect, the beach was pretty much our own. Perfect vacation that my wife and kids deserved. We will be coming back if not to this house one very close to it year after year. Murrells Inlet is the place to get away and close enough for anything you want to do in the Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach area. I would recommend this area and Reality company to anyone.

We love staying at Marlin Quay. The view of the inlet is beautiful from the balcony. We excellant service from Garden City Realty. The condo was very clean and extra nice to have the linens on the bed when we arrived! Beds were comfortable!
