This was an awesome vacation, starting with the wonderful young man there at the realty office who gladly checked on the possibility of us getting into the house, as we had arrived a few hours earlier than expected ����And had three small children in tow �� The inspector lady was sweet and understanding, the realtor at the window made filling out the paperwork a breeze, and we were in before our feet hit the sand! ⛱���� Seacamp is a beautiful home! It was just perfect for our family .... Which this trip was 11. Each of our little families had a corner with room to spare! Awesome views took our breath away when we opened the door, the bedrooms large and comfortable, the bathrooms incredible, but the kitchen was the most impressive ������those color coded drawers will be happening here in my West Virginia kitchen soon!�������� The location was perfect. If I had to critique anything at all it might be the lack of window coverings on the side of the living room... we felt a little exposed, and could actually view their TV �� and the kids would of liked better bathroom window covering....the faucet is very loose in the kitchen, but a maintenance man came by about the”dryer” ( which actually worked great for us) and said the faucet was already noted and on back order .. also we would of appreciated a vacuum or electric broom, swifter, something , to keep up with some sand.... But we managed ��. we have rented from Garden City Realty for years and have always been pleased ( we rented 601 at surf-master at least a dozen times) we are truly spoiled now with this house ���� the Jura’s from Glen Dale WV

Ocean Air rental was wonderful. House was very clean and in good working order. There were a couple issues(light bulb out, elevator button not work), but with 1 call everything was taken care of. The deck and pool were a great place to hang out. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Condo was perfect. Only problem was dryer did not work . Garden city stepped up and refund ed money for that problem. First time renting with garden city have used dunes for scout 20 years. Garden city did a great job with everything

Great location and the unit for the most part was good. Its showing wear. Bathroom faucets were dripping. We have stayed there several years in a row and would consider staying there again.

This house was just about perfect! It had plenty of room for everyone, it was very comfortable and the location is ideal. The back porch is absolutely amazing- completely screened in with rocking chairs and ceiling fans. Even when it was crazy hot outside the porch was comfortable. We have beach bums and fishermen in our crew- and we had easy access to both the beach and the creek. The breezeway under the house also got a lot infuse since it rained for a bit of our stay. I have no complaints- not one

Very happy with this rental process from the booking to check-out we were very happy. We were very pleased with the unit as it appears newly remodeled and most things were in very good condition. No complaints at all. Highly recommend to anyone wanting an outstanding place at the beach!

The room was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. It was clean and everything was in working order. The view was breath taking. The location was perfect. You didn't have to go far to find a restaurant, shopping, arcade, or entertainment. We will definitely be coming back next year.

We were very pleased with the roominess of the main living and kitchen/dining area being open and each bedroom having a private bath and the condo was nice and clean. Would love to stay in this unit again if the appliances and baths were updated with at least one walk-in shower with bench. Beds were very comfortable and ideal access to all amenities especially the parking on the same level. One thing you might make known to guests is the free access to beach wheel chairs ���� All the security was excellent and friendly. Even though we were so close to the pool and hot tub there was never an issue with noise ���� Our overall ratings we would give it a 4 out of 5. Thank you for a great week at an affordable price

Our rental had everything we needed for a great vacation. The kitchen has plenty of everything to be able to eat in. The view from the balcony was amazing, we hope to come back next year!

So glad we decided to book this property! Enough space for the family, short walk to the beach, pool area was great. The only downside which was a minor one was the back deck by the pool is in direct sun and it's black walking barefoot not so friendly, especially on the kids feet maybe consider an outdoor carpet. Otherwise a great trip.
