The carafe on the coffee pot had a crack so we called maintenance and they immediately brought us a brand new coffee pot unopened in the box!!! We hope to stay at this property again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable week. The location and views are amazing- can’t beat the inlet views at sunset and watching boats. Beach is right across the street with easy access. Also, if you are a seafood fan you must try Gulf Stream located adjacent to the property.

We love the property everything was maintained very well gorgeous condo everything was perfect except for on Wednesday our cable went out they came to fix it on Thursday but they could only fix the TV in the living room and I had my elderly mom and dad with me which that was a big part of their entertainment during the vacation so really that that was her only complaint.

Great house! If you want to relive your childhood at the beach, this is the house. Not like the newer beach houses, this one has character, and the decor is lovely. As a family we loved this, plenty of space to spread out but also lots of areas together together.

This condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect! We wish that our check-in would have been earlier than 7:00 PM as we did lose some vacation time, but the management company was very apologetic. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

This was our first time staying in #606 all theses years. The condo was very clean up to date and enjoyable. My only complaint is that the shower head is meant for someone shorter than 5'6". We otherwise had a great week. Maggie from Garden City Rentals was great.

Our stay at Madame Butterfly was excellent. I never expected that the house would be so stocked with all the beach amenities needed. Madame Butterfly is the perfect size for a couple and even two couples. The realty company was courteous and very helpful. Will stay here again for sure.

We have rented #317 Beach House 4x's thru GCR. It has been an all around great experience each time. Smooth booking & great customer service. We like the Beach House so much that we'd be 1st in line to buy, if 317 (or another ocean front unit) were for sale. We usually rent at Easter...this was our 1st summer & it was great.
