We enjoyed our stay. Overall good experience. Living room furniture is very old and worn out, does not sit well. Overhead Light in one bed room didn't work, chain had been pulled out so had to rely on lamps.

This home is exactly like the pictures show, it is a bit dated with wood paneling and carpets throughout - some minor issues - but all in all a great little cottage for the price - EXCELLENT location across from the Beach Access and about a block from the Pier.

This home is beautiful with plenty of space for a large family. Pool is nice and provided lots of fun for the kids. Perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach.

I truly have nothing to say but positive things to say about this beach house as we have two great stays there. Love the proximity to great restaurants, proximity to the pier, the easy access to Hwy 17 and certainly the proximity to the beach. I will be back next year.

This was our second year staying at this house. It is our home away from home. The accommodations are perfect for our family. Upon arrival, we found a few things were missing in linens. Garden city realty took care of everything right away. Do we love it? Yes! We booked again for next year!

Everything was good starting with the rental company through the end of our stay. The restaurants we visited were friendly, we met some great people all out to dinner and had great conversations. The beach experience was almost perfect except for the guy with the radio blasting 70's and 80's southern rock tunes. Sorry, I'd rather listen to the ocean (we've never experienced that before). Also spent time by the pool, it was divine. and we always have fun watching the sun set from the pier. Happy memories.
