We were very pleased with our stay. Our only complain is how dirty the floors were. Our son's feet, legs, & hands were literally black after playing with his cars. So we bought a mop to clean them. Simple fix. Other than that, we have no complaints. Will likely stay here for the 3rd time next year.

This unit was wonderfully decorated, clean and right on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I did think, however, that the price was a little steep for a one bedroom and would have loved to have had a king bed instead of a queen. Garden City Realty does a great job and we have been using them off and on for many years. We will continue to do so for years to come.

This little condo was clean and has great views! It was good for our family of three for our short getaway. Longer stays or more adults might find it a bit cramped. It could use a bar height patio set to enhance the view.

The property was right on the water and the ease to the beach was amazing. The condo itself needs some updating, the furniture is old and worn, the shower heads need to be replaced and there was no ladder to get to the top of the bunkbeds. Property was clean and had a great view.

Surfmaster has been our favorite for many years and 1009 was a nice unit, with a couple of flaws. It was very clean, well furnished, and well stocked with kitchen supplies. However, both bathroom fans were very noisy and ineffective and the hot water was not very hot at all. Finally, while the combo lock on the door was more convenient than using a key, the combo locks for the beach an pool access are just very annoying. GC Realty was great as always.

Thank you for sharing your home. Had everything we needed here, and all in a lovely setting. Inside was fresh and newly-tastefully renovated, and outside was wonderful, given a perfect weather weekend! If anything could be improved, it would be to replace the master bedroom mattress with a more firm one. We hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Overall good experience. Living room furniture is very old and worn out, does not sit well. Overhead Light in one bed room didn't work, chain had been pulled out so had to rely on lamps.

This home is exactly like the pictures show, it is a bit dated with wood paneling and carpets throughout - some minor issues - but all in all a great little cottage for the price - EXCELLENT location across from the Beach Access and about a block from the Pier.
