This is our second year at Condo D- They could definitely update the furniture in the family room. Very uncomfortable, however we did not spend much time there. The coffee pot had to be thoroughly cleaned and there was a dirty frying pan in the oven. Small inconveniences and I would definitely recommend staying there.

Always a great stay in this condo only issue we had this stay was the smoking at the pool and in another unit on the balcony.Suppose to be smoke free building.Just hope next year we don't have to smell it. Fist time ever leaving a comment.

This was a return visit to a condo we love! The property and condo overall were clean and well appointed for the most part. However, during this stay we discovered unfinished painting on doors and woodwork, and found dust in a few places. There was no mattress cover on the king in the master and some of the mattresses have perhaps aged out. We realize the pandemic has presented challenges to all involved and will return to the property, but hoping for better experience next time.

We had a wonderful time, although the balcony seemed a bit shaky, the whole building structure needs attention. People on the beach were setting off fireworks way too close to the building. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

This house was very spacious for my very large family. In total we had 12 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of seating everywhere (dining area, lounging areas, and outdoor areas). The view was breathtaking! In addition to the beach being so close, shopping was within walking distance. I can't say enough nice things about this property!

The house and property was very well maintained. Kitchen was equipped with every thing you would need. Two bedrooms on main level and two up with loft. Plenty of games to play. As well as furniture inside and outside, enough for everyone to sit comfortably. Beautiful home! Short walk to beach access. We would definitely stay again.

The room was wonderful! The view is amazing. We love the Surfmaster & this unit did not disappoint. Walked to the Garden City Pier every morning at sunrise. It’s a little over 1 mile to the pier. Ate at Muriels Inlet every night. Another great vacation. Would stay in 904 again!

Great house with lots of room and the kitchen is the best stocked I have ever seen. As someone else mentioned the rock area of the pool was terrible if you didn't have shoes on and it would have been great to have a pool level bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great and a beautiful view. But over all a great house...just be aware there are a lot of stairs so great for younger families/couples. One downside for us was we couldn't find any food delivery for the area...not sure if it would be different in prime season or not.
