This is our 3rd year staying in Waterforde 403 and we love the location. It is right on the beach and has it's own pool. The only down sides are the couch is almost unusable because the cushions are so flat and the beds are so loud. One upgrade I would suggest would be an area rug around the beds to help manage the salt and sand that inevitably will make its way into the beds.

this was our 3rd time staying at Madam Butterfly, we love it here! The cottage has absolutely everything you could possibly need and then some. We can't wait to come back next year! The cottage was nice and clean and beach was heavenly.

We really enjoyed the unit. Very nice decor, clean, and nicely renovated. The king bed was very comfortable in the master, but the queen in the second bedroom could probably use a new mattress. The stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator probably need replaced, but overall this is a very nice unit and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Stayed week of September 4th in #702. First I would like to say that the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at any location! We have stayed at Surf Master properties over the years many times and always find that they are always excellent rentals. My only complaint is that the living room furniture in this unit is uncomfortable to sit in. A recliner would have been nice as well. We are seniors and comfort is a main concern. Also, the tv in the bedroom and living room need to be bigger. Other than these issues, overall excellent as usual!!
