The unit was a great location, close to public access to the beach and beautiful views of the inlet channel and marina. The condo was perfect for our purposes, just a few suggestions: We didn't use the pull out couch,but if we needed to there were no extra blankets or sheets for it. We could have used a couple extra blankets for our own beds. They only had a sheet and a very light quilt. There were plenty of extra pillows, just no blankets. The place was over all very clean and had everything we needed. The laundry room had cluttered shelves and was a bit dirty. We were there 4 days and only two of us, but if it was longer there really was not an empty cabinet to put food/groceries. Beds were soft and the mattress covers were stained. Marlin Quay is a safe and gated community of condos, with two very nice pools, and quiet which we liked. We would definitely stay there again.

One thing was the parking, we get a three bed three bath and one parking stop. But the at the Horizon East, it clearly said we could have more, but Garden City realty said not so. That was not cool. The place was beautiful and very well equipped. WAY to much stuff sitting around thou, hardly a place to sit you phone on a table or night stand, very pretty stuff, but way to much of it.. Hardly any space in the closets to hand a shirt from so much stuff being in there, SOOOOOO many throw pillows for the beds and couches and chairs there was no place to put them all..BUT overall a great and secure place to stay..

We had an enjoyable stay. The pool was too cold. The ocean was much warmer, but half if us had a medical condition that didn't allow us to go in the ocean. Minor things needed improved, but overall, a awesome place to stay. Thanks so much.

It was a perfect spot especially the back yard for pups very clean outside. Enjoyed the porch to sit and watch so did our pup. Beach you could see the water from the deck. House was nice very convenient to water and stores. Friendly area.
I would suggest having a mop there since floors get dirty from feet and sand. It would of been nice to have a blind or curtain on the picture window due to sun in afternoon. We will go agsin

Could not have been better. Our condo was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful with information. This was our 5th stay at Surf Master and we look forward to a summer 2022 stay.

Sneads Ferry

Loved the back porch. Could only be better if it was screened in. Pool was pretty small and the water cold- if it was able to be warmed, we didn’t receive instructions on how/where the controls to do so were. The air conditioning was preset and ran constantly- it was cold in the house. That was pretty miserable during the night, especially with young kids. But the overall setup of the home was great for our large group of several couples with younger kids. The kitchen being fully equipped was helpful. The weather during our stay was perfect.

We were moved from another location which was in very poor condition and also the pool wasn't available for use. Atalaya was very nice and well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
