Had a great time and loved the location of the condo and access to the beach and pool were great. Walk next door to eat great restaurants. Only issue we had was the bathroom room door, could not shut it completely because it would get stuck and you had to have someone come open from outside and the shower head does not do well for thick hair.

The house was great and the location was a very short walk to the beach. Having a pool was so much fun and the elevator was such an added bonus.
Garden City Realty answered my questions quickly and were always very helpful.

Mountain Rest

Water's Edge is a great resort and worked well for our family (husband and wife with three children, plus two married children with their spouses and one baby.) Access to the beach and the Garden City pier are great. Condo unit floor plan worked well for us and the extra doors in the hallway kept noise to a minimum from bedroom to bedroom.

The unit is adequately furnished for a large group and has seating enough for all to eat at the same time. A variety of DVDs were available in the unit. The washer and dryer worked well and handled multiple loads of laundry for us. We chose to physically move some of the decor (knick knacks) out of the way so we had more surface area to put our things.

The unit wasn't as clean as we had hoped upon arrival and we contacted the rental company about this. We cleaned a bit before we used the unit and we brought the matter to the attention of the rental company, who brought additional clean linens upon request.

Overall we would recommend the unit, the resort, and the rental company. We'd use them all again.

Wonderful week in 1209. Unit is nicely decorated with a beachy theme. The living area furniture is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The bethroom has plenty of storage and a walk in shower plus a full length mirror. The mattress was a little soft for my liking but we got used to it before the week was over. The TV instructions were a bonus and I am so grateful for the owners to take the time to do that for their guests. 1209 has everything we needed for a wonderful week. Check in and check are so smooth and easy. I have nothing bad to say about 1209.

CR 22 was a fantastic place for a beach getaway. Sunrises from the screened in porch, and sunsets from the bedroom balcony! It was very clean and perfect for what we wanted. The trip to the beach was a struggle in the hot sand up and over the dune. The walkway should be extended.

Our stay at Surfmaster 511 was, overall, a really good experience. Garden City Realty is always excellent for property rental. The condo itself was spotlessly clean...10 out of 10. The kitchen is amazing and the living area is comfortable with easy to operate TV and provides perfect views. We did have a concern about the sliding glass door in the oven front bedroom. It really needs some repair in that there is a major gap between the two glass components...allowing the hot air from outside, all sounds, and anything flying or crawling to come makes the bedroom so hot that it is difficult to cool for comfort. We used the curtains to help solve the problem, but it made the use of the door impossible...including not seeing out of it. I don't say this as a deterrent for staying in this nice condo, only to let the owners know that the repair would help their investment and without it there is likely to be problem with guests going forward. The washer and dryer require a little patience, but mostly this is a wonderful vacation property.

Beach and ocean is awesome. Firm sand even during high tides. Lots of good nearby restaurants.
House needs new mattresses (loud creaking sound from edges of mattresses as sit or get up). House needs a half bath on main floor

This is our second time to Garden City. Last year we were at Waters Edge.
Ocean Cove had its pros and cons. Pros were great price,location,pool,beds/bedrooms. Cons were place definitely needed updating. Carpet,kitchen,kitchen floor,bathroom (main one in hallway) and both balconies. Just needs new furniture. It was rusty and falling apart. But with all of that we had the best time. So it was a fantastic trip.

We had a nice condo near Garden City pier. We survived the first week of college spring break. Dinning in local area was fabulous. A shout out to the Gracious Pig and Bubba's. We would do this area again but after college spring break

This is a lovely property with direct access to the beach. It’s great to sit on the porch with your morning cup of coffee, listening to the waves and taking in the ocean breeze. The house is made for families (not for a couple). There is a great bunk bedroom for kids and a game room in the basement. I would LOVE the property more if it had a few things - more directions on lightswitches, actual lights that work out by the driveway and yes, a pool. All surrounding properties have them and that’s what is missing. Otherwise, a lovely stay in a beautiful environment.
