This was a very comfortable condo, had everything we needed, and the King size bed was comfy! We were close to everything we like to do, so it was a perfect location. We brought an oversized vehicle, and since the parking was out door parking, we didn't have to worry about fitting in a garage. Overall the perfect stay.

Great location with amazing oceanfront views! Nothing fancy, but very cozy and has everything you need. The management company was fantastic when we arrived and the air was broken- it was fixed and we were cold by early evening!

This was our first visit to Surf Master 1209 and we had a wonderful experience. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything one would need. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back for another visit. Thank you!

Communications with Garden City Realty were perfect. They got us started and kept us informed. Parking was an outdoor lot that was never full - always a plus compared to the typical really tight under building deck. Entry was easy. The unit was as described but quite outdated. Kitchen and both bathrooms need to be updated. Main bedroom curtains did nothing to shield the sunrise for anyone hoping to sleep past sunrise. Shower curtain rod rusty. Closets in second bedroom inaccessible. Very well equipped kitchen. All mattresses were fine. Towels were plentiful.

We loved the condo! It was exactly as described and pictured on the website. There were plenty of towels provided for everyone. Beds were very comfortable, and so was the couch for winding down with the kids after a busy day. There are only two things we would have liked to be different: The front bedrooms could use blackout curtains. The overhead lights from the walkway outside stay on all night, and the curtains don't cover the whole window, so this presented a bit of a challenge for anyone who needs a dark room to sleep. The second is having a few more things for cooking in the kitchen. One baking pan sometimes made it a challenge when making dinner for a group. If you're not into cooking on vacation, there are plenty of restaurants all with delicious food close by for take-out or eat in. We also appreciated how close the condo is located to a Food Lion, which always helps when needing to cook for several people. We used the pools a few times and really enjoyed them! We also liked how the condo is close to all kinds of things to do, but is still very quiet at night and first thing in the morning. We took trips up to the boardwalk and SkyWheel, down to Huntington Beach Park and Brookgreen Gardens, and all were easy part-day trips that allowed us to get out and explore while also having time to relax at the pool or play mini golf. We did play a round on the executive course and appreciated that this course was well-maintained, with friendly staff throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

Compass Rose 22 is a lovely condo--well equipped with lots of room in a comfortable layout. There is a great ocean view from the balcony, where we spent a lot of time with our books. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The only suggestion we have is that room-darkening curtains would be very helpful in the master bedroom as there is a lot of exterior lighting.

It was very roomy except for guest bath- toilet too close to vanity w/no leg room. Need a closet in Master. Saw one roach in kitchen��. Other than that, beds comphy, clean and had all kitchen wear needed. I’d recommend a newer umbrella to use in patio table. The one in carport closet old, rusty and lots of spider webs. I’d stay again. Rental company great to work with!

Really enjoyed our stay. Unit has huge balcony extending the depth of the building so there are beautiful almost 300 degree views. We were able to enjoy watching both sunrises and sunsets from the unit.
We like the building which is in a great location and the unit's recent renovation is evidenced by the quality finishes and furnishings which made it a pleasure to stay in. The kitchen was very well equipped. Would gladly stay again.

Our vacation experience was wonderful. The property was well maintained and clean. Property was located across the street from one of the beach access points. Very easy to get to the beach for our morning walk!
