We have rented Reel-axin for 4 years. Always beautiful. New appliances this year, but Wednesday the refrigerator cycled between 39-60 degrees in 4 hr span. They brought a loaner. We wanted to sign up for next year again, but were disappointed that rental fee went up a great deal, so we decided to rent another property for next year. Sorry to leave Reel-axin’ but don’t feel we could go that much of a rent increase.

We had an awesome vacation. This is a great house. It's in a great location and walking distance to Sam's Corner. You have a wonderful view from the front porch. Our family loves this house. This is our second year renting this one.

We were able to rent a boat for the week and park it at the house. Lots of fishing. Loved the location. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to install a washer and dryer in the house. Had to wash clothes at another family rental.

House was large enough for my son's family and the family dog! Very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was the barn doors on the bathroom kept coming off the tracks and did not provide enough privacy. Not enough of an issue that we won't rent it again next year!

Wonderful property! Beautiful views from inside as well as from porch! Clean well stocked kitchen with large open floor plan. Nice size bedrooms with comfy beds. Had a wonderful stay!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at “How Sweet It Is!” It is a beautiful home and has space for everyone to have privacy and to enjoy time together! The home was clean— impeccable! The back yard with the pool and bar, right on the inlet, was my favorite space! The old oak tree provided the perfect amount of shade! The neighbors were super nice! I highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

We enjoyed this house as this year‘s family stay at the beach. There were a few very minor electrical issues in the kitchen, but easy to work around. A minor issue with no hot water in first floor shower. Would have enjoyed a little more seating space on the outside decks for more adults. With all of that, we really enjoyed this house and it met all of our needs.

Truly loved the more private location of the property. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed many hours on the deck overlooking the ocean. We do have to agree with another review regarding the queen mattress being uncomfortable. It lacked proper mattress support. We’ve already booked another stay at this property for next summer and hope this minor issue is addressed.

This is a beautiful, well-appointed house. We had plenty of room, comfortable spaces and furniture, and great views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you can think of (except dry measuring cups, in case you need those!). The house was clean (some dust bunnies under furniture but not excessive). The beach was perfect. We liked being a bit away from the town, but it was a short drive to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Garden Realty was very helpful. One pro tip, Amazon will not deliver to a rental. We had a birthday celebration, so delivered to Garden Realty office instead.

It had great views as you are 10 stories up. Had some issues with housekeeping but I called and they were out there within the hour to fix it. The condo was nice and kitchen stocked with whatever you needed. I feel the TVs could be updated as they weren’t smart TVs. Be prepared to find a spot on the beach early as the life guard sets up a bunch of chairs and umbrellas to rent. Overall we had a nice time.

Very nice room, very happy with it. A lot of rules the HOA has made that lessen the fun of a vacation that you pay a lot for but it didn’t ruin vacation.

This was the first time we stayed at Surfmaster-Oceanfront, but it won’t be the last. Condo was great, perfect views of the ocean. Perfect for our family of four. Also, we were moved to Surfmaster from our previous reservations due to unexpected construction. The property management team, specifically Heidi Wright, could not have possibly handled things any better. We will be back and will use Garden City Realty again.
