Originally we rented Rusty Pelican for the second time, beautiful house on inlet with great fishing. Upon arrival, unfortunately they're was a horrible flea infestation. Contacted GCR immediately, and they took charge. Within minutes we were relocated to Driftwood Oceanfront. All the same amenities, beautiful home. Our family still had an amazing vacation. Thank you GCR, for stepping up and insuring that we'll still have an awesome time. We'll see you again next summer. Kudos to Robin and Lisa

We really love staying here in Penthouse C of Surfmaster. It is very comfortable. Just like home. We enjoy the views, the beach and getting to sit out on the veranda, which we did all the time. The hottub is an added bonus. We will come back again.
I would like to suggest that they put a cooking sheet in their supply of kitchen supplies so there is something to use to cook/bake in the oven. We are the type that cooks there more than hoing out to eat and be able to cook bread or pizza in the oven would be great.
Everything else is just wonderful.
Please let the owners know we appreciate getting to use their place as we treat itvas if it was our own.
The booking through Garden City Reality is also an asset. Easy to book and exceptional stuff to deal with.

The condo was comfortable , clean and had everything we needed for a great week . The only problem we had was with the refrigerator. The filter had not been put back in properly when the refrigerator was cleaned and there was water everywhere in the kichen. I called Garden City and there respond time was great . He cleaned up and got everything back in working order. We have rented with Garden Cith for many years and have been very pleased. I would recommend this condo . Nice !
